Abstract

The powder discharge structure has a cover 20 that covers at least a portion of the machine tool 1 and discharges the powder generated in the machine tool 1 within the cover 20 by means of a processing liquid. The cover 20 includes: inclined portions 25 and 26 that are inclined relative to a horizontal plane; a connecting portion 31a that allows the processing liquid to flow between the inner and outer sides of the cover 20 through the inclined portions 25 and 26; and a nozzle 30 that is connected to the connecting portion 31a or has a connecting portion 31a and is disposed inside the cover 20 to diffuse and discharge the processing liquid.
