Abstract

This invention provides a quick-release structure for a wrench connector, primarily featuring a quick-release device built into the socket of the tool head. The quick-release device mainly comprises a sleeve with a hexagonal connecting portion extending upwards from the bottom. An annular receiving space is connected to the hexagonal connecting portion, the diameter of which is larger than the diagonal distance of the hexagonal connecting portion. A top-through hole, slightly smaller in diameter than the annular receiving space, is connected to this annular receiving space, creating a locking portion at the junction of the top-through hole and the annular receiving space. Furthermore, a ring is provided on the upper part of the hexagonal connecting portion, with a receiving groove carved inwards from its lower end and a through hole at its center. A magnetic ring is inserted into the receiving groove of the ring, with a through hole at its center. The through hole of the ring and the through hole of the magnetic ring have the same diameter and are interconnected. When the magnetic ring and the ring are engaged, the bottom of the magnetic ring will engage with the sleeve. The bottom of the ring is flush; additionally, a spring and a button are inserted into the annular receiving space through the top hole of the sleeve. A push rod extends from below the button, which can pass through the spring, the through hole of the collar, and the through hole of the magnetic ring. The side of the button has an annular groove with a C-shaped buckle inside. When the C-shaped buckle enters the annular receiving space, it expands outward, and the spring supports it from below, thus limiting the C-shaped buckle to below the sleeve retaining part, thereby completing the button's position. The assembly and positioning are within the annular accommodating space. Through this structural design, when the button is not pressed, the push rod is retracted within the magnetic ring hole. When the button is pressed, the push rod protrudes outside the magnetic ring hole. Therefore, when the hexagonal connector is inserted into the screwdriver bit, the bottom of the screwdriver bit will be magnetically attracted and positioned due to contact with the magnetic ring. Then, if the button is pressed, the push rod will forcefully push the bottom of the screwdriver bit away from the magnetic ring, thereby achieving the effect of quick screwdriver bit release.
