Foamed materials, their manufacturing methods, containers, and foamed preforms

Abstract

The purpose of this invention is to provide a foam body suitable for products whose quality is easily degraded by light, a method for manufacturing the same, a container, and a foam preform. The foam system of this invention is a molded article containing a molding material of thermoplastic resin. The foam body has a first non-foamed layer and a foamed layer. The foamed layer includes a first foamed layer having a plurality of bubbles (2) arranged in three dimensions and a bubble wall skeleton (4) separating adjacent bubbles from each other. The first foamed layer has a mesh bubble structure (5) in which the bubble wall skeleton has a mesh-like cross-section. The mesh bubble structure includes continuous bubbles in which adjacent bubbles are connected to each other through openings (6) provided in the bubble wall skeleton.
