Abstract

This invention provides a fixture suitable for positioning a workpiece in a heat sink cover pressing process. It includes a mold base unit, a module disposed on the mold base unit, and a fixing member for securing the module to the mold base unit. The module is suitable for supporting the workpiece. The fixing member has a channel for gas flow. The gas is suitable for positioning the workpiece on the module. This invention innovatively integrates the gas extraction channel into the fixing member. Furthermore, when the fixing member is positioned in the center of the module, it can improve or prevent a bulge in the central portion of the module.
