Abstract

A structure and method of an integrated bicycle hub shell, the method sequentially comprises: forging step: forging a metal blank into a hub shell blank body, the hub shell blank body has at least one axial groove along an axial direction, tooth position processing step: the axial groove is processed to make the axial groove has a tooth position portion, and tooth type processing step: the tooth position portion is processed to form a ratchet tooth portion that has a plurality of ratchet teeth arranged in a ring and surrounding the axial direction.
