Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] This disclosure relates to a packaging structure, and more particularly to a two-handled packaging structure that is easy to assemble and has a stable grip. [Previous Technology]
[0002] When packaging heavy items, conventional packaging structures are equipped with a plastic handle for easy lifting by users. However, the plastic handle is not integral with the packaging structure, which not only consumes assembly time but also increases the amount of plastic used, which does not meet current environmental protection requirements.
[0003] Furthermore, when delivering goods, conventional packaging structures are further placed inside shipping containers to protect the goods. When the contents are heavy items, it is difficult to remove the packaging structure from the shipping container, and the conventional packaging structure is often damaged due to insufficient stability at the extraction point.
[0004] In view of this, providing a packaging structure with two handles that is easy to assemble while also ensuring the stability of the packaging structure with two handles has become the goal of relevant manufacturers. [Summary of the Invention]
[0005] The purpose of this disclosure is to provide an easy-to-assemble two-handle packaging structure while ensuring the stability of the two-handle packaging structure.
[0006] One embodiment of this disclosure provides a two-handled packaging structure, comprising a bottom, two foldable areas, two first support portions, two second support portions, two third support portions, two ribs, two fourth support portions, and two handles. The bottom includes a plurality of engaging holes, which are disposed on opposite sides of the bottom. The foldable areas are connected to the other two opposite sides of the bottom, and each foldable area has a first fold line between itself and the bottom. The first support portions are connected to the opposite sides of one of the foldable areas, and each of the foldable areas has a second fold line between itself and each of the first support portions. The second support portions are connected to the opposite sides of the other foldable area, and each of the other foldable areas has a third fold line between itself and each of the second support portions. The third support portions are connected to the opposite sides of the bottom, and each of the third support portions has a fourth fold line between itself and the bottom. Each rib includes a through hole, wherein each rib is connected to each of the third support portions, and each of the ribs has a fifth fold line between itself and each of the third support portions. The fourth support portion includes a plurality of protrusions, each of which is connected to a rib, such that each fourth support portion and each third support portion are located on opposite sides of each rib, and each fourth support portion and each rib have a sixth fold line. Each handle is connected to a second support portion. When the two-handle packaging structure is bent along the two first fold lines, two second fold lines, two third fold lines, two fourth fold lines, two fifth fold lines, and two sixth fold lines, each first support portion and each second support portion is clamped by the corresponding third support portion and each fourth support portion. Each protrusion of each fourth support portion engages with the corresponding engaging holes at the bottom, and each handle protrudes from the through holes of each rib.
[0007] Accordingly, the double-handle packaging structure disclosed herein improves the stability of the double-handle packaging structure by setting a first support part, a second support part, a third support part and a fourth support part, thereby increasing the upper limit of the load-bearing capacity of the double-handle packaging structure.

[0010] In addition, the zigzag line can be formed by a single crease, a single half-cut line, a punch line, a cutting line, a short seam cut line, a half-cut line, a crease line, and any combination thereof, and the content disclosed herein is not limited thereto.
[0011] Please refer to Figure 1, which shows an unfolded schematic diagram of a two-handled packaging structure 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The two-handled packaging structure 100 includes a bottom 110, two foldable areas 120, two first support portions 130, two second support portions 140, two third support portions 150, two fourth support portions 160, two ribs 170, and two handles 180.
[0012] The bottom 110 includes a plurality of engaging holes 111, which are located on opposite sides of the bottom 110. A foldable section 120 connects to the other two opposite sides of the bottom 110. A first support portion 130 connects to the opposite sides of one of the foldable sections 120, and a second support portion 140 connects to the opposite sides of the other foldable section 120. A third support portion 150 connects to the opposite sides of the bottom 110. Each rib 170 includes a through hole 171, wherein each rib 170 is connected to each third support portion 150. A fourth support portion 160 includes a plurality of protrusions 161, wherein each fourth support portion 160 is connected to each rib 170, such that each fourth support portion 160 and each third support portion 150 are located on opposite sides of each rib 170. Each handle 180 is connected to each second support portion 140.
[0013] Each foldable section 120 has a first fold line FL1 between itself and the bottom 110, and one of the foldable sections 120 has a second fold line FL2 between itself and each of the first support portions 130, and the other of the foldable sections 120 has a third fold line FL3 between itself and each of the second support portions 140. Each of the third support portions 150 has a fourth fold line FL4 between itself and the bottom 110. Each rib 170 has a fifth fold line FL5 between itself and each of the third support portions 150. Each of the fourth support portions 160 has a sixth fold line FL6 between itself and each of the ribs 170, and each handle 180 may have a seventh fold line FL7 between itself and each of the second support portions 140.
[0014] When the packaging structure 100 is bent along the second first fold line FL1, the second second fold line FL2, the second third fold line FL3, the second fourth fold line FL4, the second fifth fold line FL5 and the second sixth fold line FL6, each first support part 130 and the second support part 140 are clamped by the corresponding third support part 150 and the fourth support part 160. Each protrusion 161 of each fourth support part 160 is engaged with each engaging hole 111 of the bottom 110, and each handle 180 is protruded from the through hole 171 of each rib 170.
[0015] The two-handled packaging structure 100 improves the stability of the two-handled packaging structure 100 by setting two first support parts 130, two second support parts 140, two third support parts 150 and two fourth support parts 160, thereby increasing the upper limit of the load-bearing capacity of the two-handled packaging structure 100.
[0016] Furthermore, the two-handled packaging structure 100 is provided with a plurality of engaging holes 111 and a plurality of protrusions 161, so that when each protrusion 161 engages with each engaging hole 111, the clamping relationship between the first support 130, the second support 140, the third support 150 and the fourth support 160 is fixed, thereby improving the stability of the two-handled packaging structure 100.
[0017] In detail, each perforation 171 can be located in the middle of each rib 170, and when each handle 180 can be passed through each perforation 171, each handle 180 can be located in the middle of each rib 170. In this way, when the user grabs the handle 180 to lift the two-handle packaging structure 100, it is easier to apply force, and thus easier to lift the two-handle packaging structure 100.
[0018] Please refer to Figures 2 through 5 simultaneously. Figure 2 shows a folded three-dimensional schematic diagram of the two-handle packaging structure 100 in Figure 1. Figure 3 shows a partial schematic diagram of the bottom 110 of the two-handle packaging structure 100 in Figure 2. Figure 4 shows a partial schematic diagram of the rib 170 of the two-handle packaging structure 100 in Figure 2. Figure 5 shows another folded three-dimensional schematic diagram of the two-handle packaging structure 100 in Figure 1. The folding method and details of the two-handle packaging structure 100 disclosed herein will be explained by referring to Figures 2 through 5 in conjunction with Figure 1.
[0019] As shown in Figure 2, the packaging structure 100 is bent along the second first fold line FL1 with both hands, so that the two foldable areas 120, the two first support parts 130, and the two second support parts 140 are perpendicular to the bottom 110. Next, the packaging structure 100 is bent along the second second fold line FL2 with both hands, and then bent along the second third fold line FL3 with both hands, so that the two second support parts 140 are outside the two first support parts 130. Then, the packaging structure 100 is bent along the second fourth fold line FL4, the second fifth fold line FL5, and the second sixth fold line FL6 in the folding direction X.
[0020] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the protrusions 161 of each fourth support portion 160 are inserted into the corresponding engagement holes 111 of the bottom 110, so that each first support portion 130 and each second support portion 140 are clamped by the corresponding third support portion 150 and each fourth support portion 160, and the protrusions 161 of each fourth support portion 160 are engaged with the corresponding engagement holes 111 of the bottom 110 to fix the clamping relationship between the first support portion 130, the second support portion 140, the third support portion 150, and the fourth support portion 160. However, it should be noted that in the structure of Figure 5, although the third support portion 150, the second support portion 140, the first support portion 130, and the fourth support portion 160 are arranged in sequence, the positions of the second support portion 140 and the first support portion 130 can also be interchanged. Therefore, the content of this disclosure is not limited to the arrangement order shown in Figure 5.
[0021] In detail, the shapes of the engaging hole 111 and the protrusion 161 need to match each other so as to restrain each other through engaging. The contents of this disclosure are not limited to the shapes shown in the drawings.
[0022] As shown in Figure 5, after the packaging structure 100 is assembled by both hands, each of the first support parts 130 and the second support parts 140 is clamped by the corresponding third support parts 150 and the fourth support parts 160. Each of the protrusions 161 of each fourth support part 160 is engaged with each of the engaging holes 111 of the bottom 110, and each handle 180 is protruded through the through holes 171 of each rib 170.
[0023] Please refer to Figures 5, 6, and 7 simultaneously. Figure 6 shows another unfolded schematic diagram of the two-handled packaging structure 100 according to an embodiment of this disclosure. Figure 7 shows a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the two-handled packaging structure 100 in Figure 5 along section line 7-7. The dimensional relationships and details of the two-handled packaging structure 100 of this disclosure will be explained below with reference to Figures 5 through 7 in conjunction with Figure 1. It should be noted that the following dimensional relationships can be arbitrarily combined and configured to achieve the corresponding effects.
[0024] One of the two foldable areas 120 may have a first length L1, the other of the two foldable areas 120 may have a second length L2, the bottom 110 may have a third length L3, each rib 170 may have a fourth length L4, each second support portion 140 may have a fifth length L5, and each handle 180 may have a sixth length L6. Each engaging hole 111 may have a first width W1, each rib 170 may have a second width W2, and the area between the edge connecting each second support portion 140 and each handle 180 and the seventh fold line FL7 may have a third width W3.
[0025] In addition, the thickness of the two-handled packaging structure 100 can be T, which can meet the following conditions: 0.5 mm ≤ T ≤ 8.0 mm, so as to meet the requirements of different products for packaging material specifications and enhance the application potential of the two-handled packaging structure 100 disclosed herein in related industries.
[0026] The first length L1 may be greater than the second length L2, or the second length L2 may be greater than the first length L1. The first length L1 may be equal to the third length L3 minus twice the first width W1, or the second length L2 may be equal to the third length L3 minus twice the first width W1. The third length L3 may be greater than both the first length L1 and the second length L2. The first length L1 may be equal to the second length L2 plus twice the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100, or the second length L2 may be equal to the first length L1 plus twice the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100. Through these dimensional relationships, after bending, the first support portion 130, the second support portion 140, the third support portion 150, and the fourth support portion 160 of the two-handle packaging structure 100 can be more closely adjacent, thereby increasing the upper load-bearing capacity of the two-handle packaging structure 100.
[0027] The first width W1 can be greater than or equal to twice the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100, and the second width W2 can be greater than or equal to three times the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100. Therefore, after the two-handle packaging structure 100 is bent, the protrusions 161 engage more tightly with the engaging holes 111, and the first support portion 130 and the second support portion 140 are more firmly clamped by the third support portion 150 and the fourth support portion 160.
[0028] The third width W3 can be greater than or equal to the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100. Therefore, after the two-handle packaging structure 100 is bent, when each handle 180 protrudes through each perforation 171, the thickness of each handle 180 is not affected, thereby increasing the stability of the handle 180. Furthermore, when the two-handle packaging structure 100 is placed in a shipping box (not shown), the two handles 180 of the two-handle packaging structure 100 can be easily stored in the shipping box.
[0029] The fifth length L5 can be greater than or equal to 0.5 times the fourth length L4 plus 0.5 times the sixth length L6. In this way, after the double-handled packaging structure 100 is bent, the stability of the double-handled packaging structure 100 can be further improved when the double-handled packaging structure 100 is lifted.
[0030] Furthermore, the actual dimensions of the third length L3 and the fourth length L4 can be adjusted according to the dimensions of the contents. For example, the third length L3, after subtracting the width of the two locking holes 111 (unlabeled) and the width of the contents, can be greater than or equal to the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100, and the fourth length L4, after subtracting the length of the contents, can be greater than or equal to the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100. In this way, an appropriate space can be maintained between the contents and the two-handle packaging structure 100 to facilitate packing and unpacking of the contents, but the contents disclosed herein are not limited to the above dimensions.
[0031] To further explain, the first support portion 130 has a length LA1, which is the distance from the second broken line FL2 to the edge of the first support portion 130. The length LA1 of the first support portion 130 may be less than or equal to the fifth length L5.
[0032] Each foldable region 120 has a width WA1, which is the distance from each first fold line FL1 to the edge of each foldable region 120. The third support portion 150 has a width WA2, which is the distance from each fourth fold line FL4 to each fifth fold line FL5, and the fourth support portion 160 has a width WA3, which is the distance from each sixth fold line FL6 to the edge of the fourth support portion 160.
[0033] The width WA1 of each foldable section 120 can be less than or equal to the width WA2 of the third support section 150, and the difference can be the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100. Furthermore, the width WA3 of the fourth support section 160 can be equal to the width WA2 of the third support section 150 minus twice the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100. In this way, the first support section 130 and the second support section 140 can be more securely clamped together by the third support section 150 and the fourth support section 160.
[0034] Furthermore, the width WA1 of each foldable section 120 can be adjusted according to the size of the contents. For example, the width WA1 of each foldable section 120 minus the height of the contents can be greater than or equal to the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100. This allows for adequate space between the contents and the two-handle packaging structure 100 to facilitate packing and unpacking, but the contents disclosed herein are not limited to the aforementioned dimensions.
[0035] As shown in Figure 7, when the first support portion 130 and each of the second support portions 140 are clamped by the corresponding third support portions 150 and each of the fourth support portions 160, the clamping sequence from the outside of the packaging structure 100 to the inside can be: third support portion 150, second support portion 140, first support portion 130 and fourth support portion 160.
[0036] In detail, the clamping sequence among the first support portion 130, the second support portion 140, the third support portion 150, and the fourth support portion 160 is affected by the first length L1 and the second length L2. For example, when the first length L1 is greater than the second length L2, the clamping sequence from the outside of the packaging structure 100 to the inside with both hands is: the third support portion 150, the first support portion 130, the second support portion 140, and the fourth support portion 160. When the second length L2 is greater than the first length L1, the clamping sequence from the outside of the packaging structure 100 to the inside with both hands is: the third support portion 150, the second support portion 140, the first support portion 130, and the fourth support portion 160.
[0037] Furthermore, the size of each perforation 171 can be changed according to the fifth length L5 and the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100, so that each handle 180 can be passed through each perforation 171. In addition, each handle 180 may have a handle length (unnumbered), that is, the distance from the seventh fold line FL7 to the edge of each handle 180 away from the seventh fold line FL7, and the handle length may be greater than or equal to 10 mm to provide sufficient handle strength and size. Each handle 180 may have a carrying hole (unnumbered), the length of which may be greater than or equal to 20 mm, and the width of which may be greater than or equal to 10 mm, to facilitate the user to grip the handle and lift it. However, this disclosure is not limited thereto.
[0038] Please refer to Figures 8 and 9. Figure 8 shows an unfolded schematic diagram of the two-handled packaging structure 200 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. The arrangement of the two-handled packaging structure 200 in Figure 8 is similar to that of the two-handled packaging structure 100 in Figure 1, and the similarities will not be repeated here. Figure 9 shows a folded three-dimensional schematic diagram of the two-handled packaging structure 200 in Figure 8. The folding method of the two-handled packaging structure 200 in Figure 9 is similar to that of the two-handled packaging structure 100 in Figure 6, and the similarities will not be repeated here.
[0039] It is worth noting that the two-handle packaging structure 200 may further include a top cover 290. The top cover 290 connects to one of the two foldable areas 220, and an eighth fold line FL8 may be present between one of the two foldable areas 220 and the top cover 290. Furthermore, when the two-handle packaging structure 200 is folded in the same manner as the two-handle packaging structure 100, and then bent along the eighth fold line FL8, the top cover 290 may abut against the two ribs 270 and the other of the two foldable areas 220.
[0040] The top cover 290 may include a top 291, a connecting portion 292, and two latches 293. The top 291 may be connected to one of the two foldable areas 220, and one of the two foldable areas 220 may be located between the top 291 and the bottom 210. The connecting portion 292 may be connected to the top 291, such that the top 291 may be located between one of the two foldable areas 220 and the connecting portion 292. The latches 293 may be connected to opposite sides of the connecting portion 292.
[0041] The eighth fold line FL8 may be located between the top 291 and the two foldable areas 220, and the connecting part 292 and the top 291 may have a ninth fold line FL9, and each tongue 293 and the connecting part 292 may have a tenth fold line FL10.
[0042] Please refer to Figures 9 and 10 simultaneously. Figure 10 shows another folded perspective view of the two-handled packaging structure 200 in Figure 8. The folding method and details of the two-handled packaging structure 200 disclosed herein will be explained below with reference to Figures 9 and 10 in conjunction with Figure 8.
[0043] When the packaging structure 200 is folded in the same way as the packaging structure 100 is folded, and then bent along the eighth fold line FL8, the top cover 290 can abut against the other of the two ribs 270 and the two foldable areas 220. When the packaging structure 200 is bent along the ninth fold line FL9 and the two tenth fold lines FL10, each tongue 293 can be inserted between each third support part 250 and each fourth support part 260.
[0044] In detail, the top 291 may have a fourth width W4, and each rib 270 may have a fourth length L4a, and the fourth width W4 may be greater than or equal to the fourth length L4a plus a thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100. Thus, when the two-handle packaging structure 100 is folded, the edge of the top cover 290 can abut against the other of the two foldable areas 220.
[0045] The connecting portion 292 may have a fifth width W5, and the other of the two foldable areas 220 may have a sixth width W6, and the fifth width W5 may be greater than or equal to the sixth width W6 plus 0.5 times the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 100. Therefore, when the top cover 290 is bent along the eighth fold line FL8, the ninth fold line FL9, and the tenth fold line FL10, it is not affected by the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure 200, and can meet the requirements of different products for packaging material specifications, thereby enhancing the application potential of the two-handle packaging structure 200 disclosed herein in related industries.
[0046] In addition, when the first width W1a is greater than twice the thickness of the two-hand packaging structure 200, it is beneficial for the tongue 293 to be inserted between each third support 250 and each fourth support 260.
[0047] In summary, the double-handle packaging structure disclosed herein improves the stability of the double-handle packaging structure by providing a first support part, a second support part, a third support part, and a fourth support part, thereby increasing the upper limit of the load-bearing capacity of the double-handle packaging structure. Furthermore, by providing a plurality of engaging holes and a plurality of protrusions, the double-handle packaging structure can fix the clamping relationship between the first support part, the second support part, the third support part, and the fourth support part when each protrusion engages with each engaging hole, thereby improving the stability of the double-handle packaging structure.
[0048] Although the present disclosure has been disclosed above with reference to embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present disclosure. Anyone skilled in the art can make various modifications and alterations without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present disclosure shall be determined by the appended claims. [Simplified Explanation of the Diagram]
