Positioning device and load shifting device

Abstract

A positioning device comprises a positioning plate and a positioning assembly. The positioning plate has a carrying part, which has a carrying surface, and the carrying surface is used to carry a target part. The positioning assembly comprises a plurality of positioning components, which are arranged around the periphery of the carrying part and protruding the carrying surface to locate the peripheral surface of the target part bearing the carrying surface. By placing the target part on the carrying part, the positioning device uses multiple positioning components to locate the peripheral surface of the target part, so the steps of locating the target part are simplified and the positioning efficiency is improved. A load shifting device including the positioning device is also provided.
