One of the following applies: (i) the cancer is resistant to an anti-FOLR1 antibody-drug conjugate; (ii) the cancer is resistant to a regimen comprising an anti-FOLR1 antibody-drug conjugate; (iii) the cancer is a recurrence of a cancer previously treated with a regimen comprising an anti-FOLR1 antibody-drug conjugate; or (iv) the cancer was previously treated with a regimen comprising an anti-FOLR1 antibody-drug conjugate.
