Disclosed herein are polypeptides and polypeptide complexes that are capable of binding tumor cell antigens and effector cell antigens. In some embodiments, the polypeptides and polypeptide complexes bind the tumor cell antigens and the effector cell antigens in a tumor microenvironment.
