Abstract
This disclosure relates to bispecific antibodies capable of specifically binding to B7H3 and cMET, which simultaneously target both B7H3 and cMET, potentially representing a novel cancer treatment strategy. Furthermore, this disclosure provides antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) of the bispecific antibodies, polynucleotides encoding the bispecific antibodies, vectors, host cells, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the bispecific antibodies or their ADCs.
