Abstract

This invention provides a curable composition that allows for the fabrication of a curable film with a wrinkled structure on its surface through simple operation and with less exposure. The curable composition contains a compound (A), a photopolymerization initiator, and an ultraviolet absorber, wherein compound (A) is at least one selected from the group consisting of compounds having a (meth)acrylic group and (meth)acrylic acid polymers. The curable composition contains 2.5% to 20% by mass of the photopolymerization initiator and 3% to 30% by mass of the ultraviolet absorber, relative to the total solid content of the curable composition. Regarding the curable composition, the surface of the cured film obtained by irradiating it with radiation from above and heating it after coating it on a substrate exhibits an irregular wrinkled structure.
