Abstract

The objective of this invention is to provide an optical thermosetting resin composition capable of forming a curing film with excellent transparency and long-term heat resistance. This invention provides an optical thermosetting resin composition comprising: a self-crosslinking polymer as component (A), the self-crosslinking polymer comprising structural units of (1) and (2), wherein the monomer forming the structural unit of (1) has a (meth)acrylic group, a single bond or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and a terminal isocyanate group, and the monomer forming the structural unit of (2) has a (meth)acrylic group, a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and one or two hydroxyl groups; inorganic particles with an average particle size of less than 150 nm based on the DLS method as component (B), which may also be surface modified by a silane coupling agent; and an organic solvent as component (C).
