Abstract

The conductive adhesive sheet disclosed herein is a conductive adhesive sheet (25) containing thermosetting components and conductive particles and exhibiting isotropic conductivity. The storage elastic modulus E'25 of the conductive adhesive sheet (25) at 25°C is in the range of 5×107 Pa to 8×109 Pa, and the storage elastic modulus E'100 of the conductive adhesive sheet (25) at 100°C is in the range of 1×106 Pa to 3×108 Pa, and E'25-E'100 is 1×107 Pa or more.
