Abstract

A pile installation system for driving a pile into the soil, preferably in an offshore location, is disclosed. The pile installation system comprises: a pile end member. The pile end member comprises: an engagement surface configured to engage with an end of the pile; at least one fluid inlet for connection to a fluid source; and a plurality of fluid outlets that are fluidly connected to the at least one fluid inlet such that fluid can be discharged through the plurality of fluid outlets.
