Abstract

A turntable adjustment buckle is provided and comprising: a shell body included two first through holes, wherein each of the first through holes has a lower end; a take-up wheel provided in the shell body and included a second through hole, wherein the take-up wheel is capable of changed between a locked state and a unlocked state relative to the shell body; and a rotating hand wheel fixed to the take-up wheel and located on a side of the shell body; wherein a rope body penetrates through the first and second through holes; wherein the take-up wheel and the rotating hand wheel cannot rotate relative to the shell body in the locked state, and a tension generated by the tightened rope body causes the rope body to abut against the take-up wheel.

Claims

1. A turntable adjustment buckle, comprising: A housing includes two corresponding first through holes, each first through hole having a lower end; and a take-up reel disposed within the housing, with a rotating handwheel located on one side of the housing. The take-up reel can switch between a locked state and a loosened state relative to the housing along an operating direction, and includes a column and a turntable connected to one end of the column. The turntable and the housing are normally held in the locked state by applying force, wherein a rope can be wound around the take-up reel, and a difference is formed between the turntable and the lower end in the operating direction, such that the lower end is lower than the turntable in the operating direction; wherein the rope passes through the first through holes, so that in the locked state, the take-up reel cannot rotate relative to the housing, and the tension generated when the rope is tightened causes the rope to abut against the take-up reel along the difference.

2. The turntable adjustment buckle as described in claim 1, wherein, The first through hole further has an upper end relative to the lower end, and the rotating handwheel includes a shielding portion such that, in the locked state, the shielding portion covers a portion of the first through hole adjacent to the upper end, and in the released state, the shielding portion does not cover the first through hole.

3. The turntable adjustment buckle as described in claim 2, wherein, When the rope is in the locked state, pulling the rope will cause the rope to push the shield, which will cause the rotating handwheel to drive the take-up reel to change from the locked state to the loosened state.

4. The turntable adjustment buckle as described in claim 1, wherein, One of the housing and the take-up reel has a plurality of positioning holes, and the other of the housing and the take-up reel has a plurality of teeth, such that in the locked state, the teeth are accommodated in the positioning holes, and in the released state, the teeth are disengaged from the positioning holes.

5. The turntable adjustment buckle as described in claim 4, wherein, The take-up reel further includes a second through hole and an extension body. The second through hole is formed through the column body, and the extension body extends outward from the turntable body. The teeth are formed on the extension body at intervals.

6. The turntable adjustment buckle as described in claim 5, wherein, The take-up reel further includes a latching body and an annular space, wherein the latching body extends outward from the turntable body and is spaced apart from the extension body, and the annular space is defined by the latching body and the extension body; the housing further includes a bottom, a seat and a through hole, wherein the seat extends outward from the bottom and is accommodated in the annular space, the through hole is formed through the seat and allows the latching body to pass through, and the extension body surrounds the circumference of the seat.

7. The turntable adjustment buckle as described in claim 6, wherein, The positioning holes are formed at intervals through each other at the bottom and are arranged in a ring.

8. The turntable adjustment buckle as described in claim 6 further includes a fixing body and an elastic element, wherein, The fixing body and the snap-fit body are interlocked and located inside the seat. The elastic element is sleeved on the snap-fit body and abuts against the fixing body and the seat respectively, serving as the force application means and constantly providing an elastic force. The elastic force tends to keep the take-up reel in the locked state.

9. The turntable adjustment buckle as described in claim 8, wherein, When the rotating handwheel is pulled by an external force along the direction of operation, the take-up reel changes from the locked state to the loose state and the elastic member is compressed. At this time, the take-up reel and the rotating handwheel can rotate relative to the housing, and the rope can wrap around the column or loosen from the column. When the external force is removed, the elastic member rebounds, causing the take-up reel to change from the loose state to the locked state.

10. The turntable adjustment buckle as described in claim 5, wherein, The take-up reel further includes an annular protrusion extending outward from the extension body, and the housing further includes an annular wall portion and a plurality of limiting protrusions, the limiting protrusions extending outward from the annular wall portion at intervals from each other, so that in the locked state, the annular protrusion is away from the limiting protrusion, and in the loosened state, the annular protrusion abuts against the limiting protrusion.

11. The turntable adjustment buckle as described in claim 5, wherein, The take-up reel further includes a fitting connected to the other end of the column, and the rotating handwheel further includes a recess, the fitting being engaged with the recess to secure the take-up reel to the rotating handwheel.
