Dehumidifier

Abstract

A dehumidifier includes: a housing providing an installation space; a partition frame dividing the installation space within the housing into upper and lower spaces; a heat exchanger disposed on the top surface of the partition frame for separating moisture from air passing through the housing; and a base frame forming the bottom portion of the dehumidifier, providing a first portion for housing a compressor, a second portion for housing a water tank, and a third portion for housing electrical components; a condensate storage section is formed on the top surface of the base frame to store condensate generated and flowing or falling from various parts within the housing. The dehumidifier of the present invention prevents condensate generated in various parts and flowing to the top surface of the base frame from leaking to the indoor floor. Therefore, the dehumidifier of the present invention can provide a condensate storage section in the base frame capable of storing condensate, such that the stored condensate can be evaporated by high-temperature heat. none
