Abstract

The present invention provides a sensing actuator, which includes a housing, a vibration component, an elastic damping member and a displacement sensing component. The housing has an upper part and a lower part, in which the upper part is able to be moved downward relative to the lower part. The vibration component is disposed in the housing. The elastic damping member is disposed in the housing and is separated from the vibration component, in which the elastic damping member is configured to return the upper part to its original position after the upper part is moved downward. The displacement sensing component is disposed in the housing and is separated from the vibration component and the elastic damping member, in which the displacement sensing component is an eddy current displacement sensing component or a Hall displacement sensing component.
