Abstract

This invention provides a method for inspecting components, an apparatus for inspecting components, and a method for manufacturing components, which can inspect components in a non-contact manner and are suitable for online and short-term inspection. The method for inspecting components includes: a process of continuously feeding a component from the nozzle orifice of a nozzle; and a process of acquiring a video or image of the component being continuously fed from the nozzle orifice. It further includes at least one of process A and process B: in process A, calculating at least one of the shape of the component, the flow rate of the component, and the optical properties of the component; in process B, inspecting the component using a trained machine learning model with the video or image of the component as input data.
