Structural surface defect identification system

Abstract

A structural surface defect identification system includes an image capturing device and a host device. The image capturing device comprises a laser module, a laser module fixing base, a lens unit fixing base, and a camera unit fixing base. The laser module consists of a laser unit carrier, a fine-tuning mechanism, a laser unit, and a fixing unit. The laser output end is positioned within the fine-tuning mechanism via the positioning of the fixing unit. The outer wall of the laser module fixing base is provided with multiple connection terminals, which are connected to the laser unit carrier through a coarse-tuning mechanism. The lens unit fixing base is connected to the laser module fixing base via a lifting connection base, with a central opening for installing the lens unit. The camera unit fixing base extends a supporting portion for mounting the camera unit. The host device communicates with the camera unit through an internet protocol, runs a computer program, and performs image processing based on the defect images transmitted by the camera unit.
