Negative photosensitive films, laminated films, dry films, and negative photosensitive compositions

Abstract

This invention relates to a negative photosensitive film containing a multifunctional epoxy resin with three or more functions, a photoacid generator, and a adhesion enhancer having a functional group that generates hydroxyl groups upon hydrolysis, characterized in that the water content is 0.1% by mass or more and 1% by mass or less. A dry film (100) is obtained by sequentially laminating the negative photosensitive film (120) of this invention and a cover film (150) onto a substrate film (110). A laminated film (130) is obtained by laminating a substrate film (110) and the negative photosensitive film (120) of this invention. According to this invention, a negative photosensitive film (120) that improves adhesion to a substrate and is less prone to foreign matter generation, as well as a laminated film (130), a dry film (100), and a negative photosensitive composition having the same properties, can be provided.
