Writing system and writing system control method

Abstract

The drawing system (1) includes: a first drawing device (21); a second drawing device (22); and a transport mechanism (10) for transporting a substrate (9) from the first drawing device (21) to the second drawing device (22). The transport mechanism (10) includes a flipping part (14) for flipping the substrate (9) vertically. During single-sided drawing, the transport mechanism (10) alternately transports substrates (9) drawn only by the first drawing device (21) and substrates drawn only by the second drawing device (22) between the first drawing device (21) and the second drawing device (22) without flipping the substrate (9) by the flipping part (14), so that at least two substrates (9) are in standby between the first drawing device (21) and the second drawing device (22) before the drawing in the second drawing device (22) is completed. The drawing performed by the first drawing device (21) and the drawing performed by the second drawing device (22) are at least partially performed in parallel. A writing system (1) comprises a first writing apparatus (21), a second writing apparatus (22), and a transport mechanism (10) for transporting substrates (9) from the first writing apparatus (21) to the second writing apparatus (22). The transporting mechanism (10) includes a reversing part (14) for reversing a substrate (9). While one side writing operation, the transport mechanism (10) alternately transports a substrate (9) written only by the first writing apparatus (21) and a substrate (9) written only by the second writing apparatus (22) without reversing a substrate (9) by the reversing part (14) between the first writing apparatus (21) and the second writing apparatus (22), and keep at least two substrates (9) waiting between the first writing apparatus (21) and the second writing apparatus (22) before the second writing apparatus (22) completes writing.Writing by the first writing apparatus (21) and writing by the second writing apparatus (22) are performed at least partially in parallel.
