Method and system for analyzing error

Abstract

Provided are a method and system for analyzing an error. The method includes: obtaining information about an error that occurred when a target application is executed by a user; obtaining a system log including status information of a user device on which the target application is executed and a user log including an action log of the user; and detecting an occurrence cause of the error by reproducing the error in a simulation environment in which at least one of the status information and an error occurrence path according to the action log is set differently from the user device using the user log.
