Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a method for requesting map data using multiple map platforms and an apparatus thereof. The method may include obtaining a request for first data related to a map from a user terminal, determining a map providing platform for requesting the first data as a first map platform of the first map platform and a second map platform, requesting the first data from the first map platform by using a first function for requesting the first data from the first map platform, receiving the first data from the first map platform, and transmitting the first data to the user terminal in response to the request for the first data.
