Abstract
Provided is a method for item unloading process. The method includes acquiring a first identifier associated with an item unit received at a logistics center, identifying a category of the item unit based on the acquired first identifier, and setting processing status information of the item unit to an unloading completed state, if the identified category corresponds to a predetermined first category.
