Abstract

The present disclosure provides an order-management method performed by at least one processor. The method comprises, receiving, from an external electronic device, information of a cancelled item, wherein an order corresponding to the cancelled item is cancelled after shipment verification and before shipment, receiving a first user input regarding identification information of an item, determining, based on the identification information, whether the item is the cancelled item, receiving a second user input indicating completion of classification of the cancelled item, and in response to the second user input, changing a status of the cancelled item to classification completed.
