A pricing system and pricing method for building information modeling

Abstract

A pricing system and method for Building Information Modeling (BIM) are disclosed. The pricing system includes an electronic device and a management platform. The management platform includes a product management module and a pricing module. The pricing method includes: the electronic device having a building model including a plurality of attachment models; the electronic device executing a pricing plugin, which selects a plurality of target attachment models from the attachment models and generates pricing request data; the pricing plugin transmitting the pricing request data to the pricing module; the pricing module transmitting the pricing request data to the product management module; the product management module querying a plurality of price data from an object database and transmitting them to the pricing module; and the pricing module generating pricing data and transmitting it to the pricing plugin and storing it in the electronic device.
