Product identifier examining system for includes a first image determination module, a second image determination module, a radio frequency identification determination module and a processing module. The first image determination module acquires first identifier from a first identifier tag of the product. The second image determination module acquires second identifier from a second identifier tag of the product. The radio frequency identification determination module acquires third identifier from a radio frequency identification tag of the product. When the second identifier and / or the third identifier is different from the first identifier, the processing module pauses storing process of the product. Product identifier examining method is realized through elements of the product identifier examining system.
