Transparent conductive thin film

Abstract

This invention provides a transparent conductive film with low surface resistance, high transparency despite the absence of an optical adjustment layer, minimal coloring, and long-term stability of resistance and transparency under high temperature and humidity conditions. This invention relates to a transparent conductive film formed by depositing a transparent conductive film of indium-tin composite oxide onto at least one side of a transparent plastic film substrate. The transparent conductive film, as tested by hydrochloric acid immersion, exhibits a solubility of less than 10%, a surface resistance of 5–30 Ω / □, a total light transmittance of more than 80%, and a color difference b of less than 3.0.
