Abstract

A phosphoric acid-based conductive particle for positive and negative electrodes, used in solid-state or near-solid-state batteries; the conductive particle comprises: an ion-conducting ceramic particle for guiding lithium ions and dispersing lithium ion pathways; an amorphous carbon layer coating the outer surface of the ceramic particle, the amorphous carbon layer itself having good conductivity; the amorphous carbon layer itself having good conductivity and suppressing the expansion of the entire ceramic particle; multiple graphene sheets mixed in the amorphous carbon layer, which coat the ceramic particle at the center, forming a layered coating structure; multiple first carbon nanotubes mixed in the amorphous carbon layer, forming the conductive particle as a whole; the multiple first carbon nanotubes are used as bridges between the graphene sheets and the ceramic particle, and between different graphene sheets.
