Positive electrode composite material and electrode plate of lithium ion battery

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a positive electrode composite material of a lithium ion battery and an electrode plate including the positive electrode composite material. The positive electrode composite material includes a positive electrode active substance and a lithium ion conductor including island grains attached to a surface of the positive electrode active substance. The positive electrode active substance includes a lithium transition metal oxide having a layered structure or a spinel structure, and the lithium ion conductor includes a garnet oxide. The interface formed by the lithium ion conductor and the positive electrode active substance has an interface phase different from a crystalline phase of the positive electrode active substance and a crystalline phase of the lithium ion conductor.
