Ion-electron conduction particles for positive and negative electrodes

Abstract

An ion-electron conduction aid particle for positive and negative electrodes, used in solid-state or solid-state-like batteries; the conduction aid particle comprises: a ceramic particle capable of conducting ions to guide and disperse lithium ions; an amorphous carbon layer covering the outer surface of the ceramic particle, the amorphous carbon layer itself having good conductivity; the amorphous carbon layer itself having good conductivity and suppressing the expansion of the entire ceramic particle; multiple graphene sheets mixed in the amorphous carbon layer, which cover the ceramic particle at the center, forming a layered coating; multiple first carbon nanotubes mixed in the amorphous carbon layer, forming the conduction aid particle; the multiple first carbon nanotubes are used as bridges between the graphene sheets and the ceramic particle, and between different graphene sheets.
