Electrical connection device

Abstract

An electrical connection is disclosed. A circuit board includes a first board, multiple first conductive pads, and first penetrations. A press-fit connector includes a mounting board, elastic terminals, and second penetrations. The mounting board has a lower surface and an upper surface located opposite to each other. Each elastic terminal includes lower contacts and upper contacts. The press-fit connector is placed on one side of the first board to have the lower contact of the elastic terminal electrically connect to the first conductive pads. A function expansion card includes a second board, and second contact pads, and through holes. The second board is placed on the press-fit connector to have the second contact pads to electrically connect the upper contacts. A backplane is coupled to another side of the first board corresponding to the press-fit connector. Fasteners insert the through holes, second penetrations and first penetrations to the backplane, so that the function expansion card and the press-fit connector are combined with the circuit board. Multiple supporting parts are arranged spacedly between the backplane and the circuit board to abut against and support the two opposing surfaces of the backplane and the circuit board.
