Manufacturing apparatus and method for laminated iron cores

Abstract

A manufacturing apparatus 1 for laminated iron core 4 is used to punch out iron core plates 3 of a predetermined shape from steel plates and to manufacture laminated iron core 4 having a predetermined number of iron core plates 3 laminated together. The manufacturing apparatus 1 for laminated iron core 4 includes: an adhesive coating device for coating adhesive on the portion of the steel plate corresponding to the iron core plate 3; a mold, which is constructed by including an upper mold and a lower mold 131, and is used to punch out the iron core plate 3 from the steel plate after the adhesive is applied by the adhesive coating device; a lamination section 16 for laminating the iron core plate 3 punched out from the steel plate by the mold; and a heating device 20 for heating the iron core plate 3 laminated in the lamination section 16. The lamination section 16 includes a receiving platform 167, which receives the iron core plate 3 and decreases as the number of iron core plates 3 received increases. The heating device 20 is provided on the receiving platform 167.
