Abstract

A radio frequency (RF) filtering circuit is provided. The RF filtering circuit includes a first filter disposed over a first surface of a spacer layer; a second filter disposed over a second surface of the spacer layer; and a via structure through the spacer layer. The via structure is conductively connected to the first filter or the second filter, and is configured to be conductively connected to an external circuit via a metallization structure.
