Abstract

A substrate structure includes a first circuit portion, a second circuit portion, and a third circuit portion. The first circuit portion includes a first dielectric layer having a first Young's modulus. The second circuit portion includes a second dielectric layer having a second Young's modulus. The third circuit portion includes a third dielectric layer having a third Young's modulus. The second circuit portion is disposed between the first circuit portion and the third circuit portion and they are electrically connected to each other. The first Young's modulus is greater than the second Young's modulus and the third Young's modulus, and the second Young's modulus is less than the third Young's modulus.
