Abstract
An electronic device includes a flexible substrate, a first conductive feature, a second conductive feature, a first organic interlayer dielectric layer and an electronic component. The first conductive feature is disposed on the flexible substrate. The second conductive feature is disposed on the first conductive feature. The first organic interlayer dielectric layer is disposed between the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature. The electronic component is disposed on the flexible substrate and electrically connected to at least one of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature. At least one of the first conductive feature and the second conductive feature includes an organic material and a conductive material.
