Abstract

【Article Use】The present design is a graphical user interface of a computer program product for setting the analysis range of a wafer, which is used for reading and checking the wafer as an analysis object. That is, the present design, as shown in the "front view", displays an analysis range display part on a wafer display part as an analysis object, as shown in the "change state diagram 1 of the front view", enlarges the analysis range display part and can be set to a desired size. Further, as shown in the "change state diagram 2 of the front view", the analysis range display part can be changed along the shape of a groove formed on the wafer, and a range other than the analysis range is set. The part of the range other than the analysis range display part is the analysis range of the wafer. 【Design Description】The dotted part disclosed in the drawing is not the part of the design claimed in the present application. In the order of the "front view", the "change state diagram 1 of the front view", and the "change state diagram 2 of the front view", the "front view" can be changed to any one of the "change state diagram 1 of the front view" or the "change state diagram 2 of the front view".
