Abstract

[Purpose of the Item]: This item is a spherical connecting strap used in a motion guiding device. [Design Description]: This invention relates to a novel design of a spherical connecting strap. As shown in the attached drawing, the spherical connecting strap of this invention has a novel and aesthetically pleasing overall design. It represents the best and most reasonable design based on functional requirements and was not seen in publications or publicly used before this application, thus meeting the requirements for a design patent. In the perspective view showing a portion of the device in use that has been removed, the motion guiding device includes a moving body (lead wire 1) and a track (lead wire 2) used to guide the movement of the moving body. This item consists of a plurality of circulating paths incorporated into the moving body, and by the rolling of the spheres, friction between the moving body and the track is reduced, resulting in smooth movement of the moving body on the track. In the perspective view, this item includes a sphere (lead wire 3) that facilitates the smooth movement of the moving body, and a connecting strap (lead wire 4) that holds the sphere in a rotatable manner. The connecting strip (lead wire 4) includes spacers (lead wire 5) existing between the spheres and a strip (lead wire 6) connecting the spacers. The connecting strip is formed using a flexible material. The fine lines shown on the surfaces in each figure are used to define the shape of the three-dimensional surface.
