Abstract

【Item Uses】 This design is a handheld fan (a type of fan) for handheld use. 【Design Description】 This design relates to the design of a handheld fan (a type), particularly one with an innovative and unique design that possesses a special shape and aesthetic appeal. Please refer to the attached drawings. The distinctive feature of this design lies in the shape of the handheld fan (I). The handheld fan (I) consists of a cylindrical frame and a handle. The handle is elongated, with the upper and lower sides of the handle being arc-shaped. The upper part of the handle has a recess, and a hanging piece is attached to the back of the handle. One side of the cylindrical frame is vortex-shaped, while the other side of the cylindrical frame resembles rays of sunlight. A fan is installed inside the cylindrical frame. Furthermore, a swinging part extends from the bottom of the cylindrical frame and is installed in the recess at the upper part of the handle, allowing the angle of the cylindrical frame and the fan to be adjusted through the swinging part. Overall, this handheld fan (I) is developed with a special shape. Its shape is exquisite and exudes a dynamic sense of style, which makes it break away from the monotonous and stereotypical impression of the previous handheld fans (I). In conclusion, this design is exquisite and adorable in form, with beautiful and smooth lines, giving people a pleasing, novel and unique visual experience. It can be described as a design with ingenuity and ingenuity, and thus meets the requirements for a design patent application. Therefore, this application is filed in accordance with the law.
