Abstract

【Item Uses】 This design is for decorative purposes. In addition to its fun function as a balancing roly-poly toy, the special internal cavity structure can be used to hold objects or to generate sound resonance, thus combining aesthetics and practicality. 【Design Description】 Overall, the design presents a smooth, rounded egg (or teardrop) shape. The bottom is a full hemisphere that gradually tapers upwards, with a raised, smooth top cap. The lines are continuous and elegant, resembling the shape of a Buddha. Meanwhile, the surface features a three-dimensional texture, with regularly arranged square geometric relief patterns on the upper part of the product, creating a sense of depth resembling digital pixels or stacked building blocks. This subtle variation in texture, under light and shadow, displays a rich three-dimensional effect. The open cavity has a large, beveled opening on the front, revealing the internal space. The bottom of the interior features a row of human-shaped (or serrated) structures, which visually represent the "sound resonance device" mentioned by the applicant, increasing visual complexity and hinting at its functionality. In addition, regarding the overall gradient aesthetic, the design, combined with semi-transparent materials, showcases a visual effect of gradually fading and becoming more transparent from the dark bottom upwards. This results in a novel and aesthetically pleasing overall design, meeting the requirements for a design patent application, and therefore, an application is filed in accordance with the law. The bottom view is a perspective that ordinary consumers will not pay attention to when purchasing or using the product, and it does not have any design features, so it is omitted.
