Abstract

【Item Uses】 This design is a health device intended to provide passive flexion and extension movements for the knee joint and to provide pressure on the lower leg. It is expected to improve the knee joint's mobility and range of motion, and alleviate stiffness and pain. 【Design Description】 The device has a central longitudinal operating lever connected to two rollers on the left and right below and a horizontal base. The user sits on the base with their legs hanging down naturally in a relaxed state. The user places the operating lever between their legs, so that the rollers contact the lower legs. By repeatedly pushing and pulling the upper part of the operating lever back and forth, the user can make their legs swing in the forward and backward direction, thereby guiding the knee joint to perform passive flexion and extension movements. This series of movements can promote blood circulation in the lower limbs, increase synovial fluid in the knee joint, deliver oxygen and nutrients to the tissues around the knee joint, and promote the excretion of metabolic waste, which is expected to improve joint stiffness and pain.
