Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] An information dissemination system, particularly a regional dissemination system. [Previous Technology]

[0002] Building communities often have management and garbage collection services, and more and more people are choosing to live in buildings for convenience and safety. When there is something to announce in the community building, the management committee must print out the notice and then post it on bulletin boards in various places, so residents cannot receive the information in time. As time goes by, the number of notices on the bulletin boards accumulates, there is not enough space to post new notices, and new notices may even cover up the old ones.

[0003] In addition, sometimes the management committee will assist the neighborhood office and schools in the nearby school district to issue announcements, or different buildings in the same community need to issue different announcements. This is not only inconvenient to manage, but also raises concerns that announcements may be missed or that residents may not actually receive the announcements. [Summary of the Invention]

[0004] One embodiment of the present invention provides a regional dissemination system, comprising a management terminal device and a cloud server. The management terminal device mainly includes a management transmission unit, an account management unit, and a message input unit. The account management unit is used to log in to management accounts. The message input unit generates publishing information. The cloud server mainly includes a cloud transmission unit, a permission unit, a group unit, a user database, and a publishing unit. The cloud transmission unit connects to the management transmission unit to receive management accounts and publishing information. The permission unit stores a plurality of management accounts and the publishing permissions corresponding to each management account. The group unit stores a plurality of regional groups, and selects one of these regional groups as the publishing group based on the publishing permissions corresponding to the logged-in management account. The user database stores a plurality of user data, each user data corresponding to a plurality of regional groups, and each regional group containing a plurality of different user data. The publishing unit transmits publishing information to a plurality of mobile devices specified by some user data within the publishing group.

[0005] In some implementations, a management account corresponds to multiple management identities, and each management identity corresponds to an identity publishing permission. The group unit selects one of these regional groups as the publishing group based on the identity publishing permission corresponding to the management identity of the logged-in management account.

[0006] In some implementations, the cloud server further includes a registration unit to verify identity information and establish a corresponding management account.

[0007] In some implementations, user data that are classified into some regional groups have at least one of the same regional characteristics.

[0008] In some implementations, the geographic group includes a plurality of superior groups and a plurality of subordinate groups, each superior group includes a plurality of subordinate groups, and when one of the superior groups is selected as the publishing group, the group unit specifies some subordinate groups belonging to the superior group as the publishing group.

[0009] In some implementations, the management device further includes a permission management unit. After the management account logs in, the cloud transmission unit transmits some regional groups with corresponding publishing permissions to the permission management unit. The permission management unit selects one of the superior groups or one of the subordinate groups as the publishing group.

[0010] In some implementations, the regional group includes a first group, a second group and a third group. The first group includes the intersection of the second group and the third group. When the first group is selected as the publishing group, the group unit specifies the first group and the intersection of the second group and the third group as the publishing group.

[0011] In some implementations, the management account has a validity period. When the management account expires, the permission unit stops the publishing permission corresponding to the management account.

[0012] In some implementations, the publishing unit further includes a queue module and a dissemination executor. The queue module assigns a pending processing flag to multiple publishing messages. The dissemination executor sends the publishing messages according to the pending processing flags, and after sending is completed, the queue module assigns a completed processing flag to the published messages.

[0013] In some implementations, the published information includes published time information, and the publishing unit transmits the published information to a plurality of mobile devices specified by some user data in the publishing group at a predetermined time according to the published time.

[0014] In some implementations, each mobile device automatically generates a read notification after receiving the published information and sends it back to the cloud server, which then transmits the read notification to the management device.

[0015] In some implementations, if the cloud server does not receive a read notification within a predetermined time, the publishing unit generates unread information and sends it to the management device, and then retransmits the publishing information to the unread mobile device.

[0016] In some implementations, the management device further includes an indicator unit to give the published information an important flag.

[0017] The territorial dissemination system of the present invention allows administrators (such as district offices, community management committees, ward chiefs, or neighborhood chiefs) to publish information to users within the territorial groups corresponding to the permissions of their management accounts. In some embodiments, the system allows selection of the parent group, child group, or intersection of groups to which the information is to be published. This not only saves time in publishing information but also ensures accurate delivery of information to the intended recipients. Furthermore, administrators can choose the timing of publication or whether to mark it as important information based on actual needs, thus preventing missed or incomplete delivery of information. Users can receive the published information from their respective territorial groups instantly and reliably on their mobile devices, thereby achieving effective and accurate information dissemination.

[0018] The detailed features and advantages of the present invention are described in detail below in the embodiments. The content is sufficient to enable anyone skilled in the art to understand the technical content of the present invention and implement it accordingly. Based on the content disclosed in this specification, the scope of the patent application and the drawings, anyone skilled in the art can easily understand the relevant objectives and advantages of the present invention. Implementation Method

[0019] Specific embodiments are given below to illustrate the content of the present invention in detail, and drawings are used as auxiliary illustrations. The symbols mentioned in the specification refer to the symbol description.

[0020] Please refer to Figure 1, which is a block diagram (a) of the regional dissemination system of the present invention. The regional dissemination system 1 mainly includes a management terminal device 11 and a cloud server 12.

[0021] In some embodiments, the management terminal device 11 may be an electronic device (such as a mobile phone, tablet computer, or computer) in the building management office, and the administrator (such as the chairman of the management committee) may operate the management terminal device 11 to operate the mobile device 2 to publish information to the residents. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The management terminal device 11 may also be an electronic device in the neighborhood office for the neighborhood chief to publish information to the residents' mobile device 2, or an electronic device in the school for school staff to publish information to students' mobile device 2.

[0022] The management terminal device 11 mainly includes a management transmission unit 111, an account management unit 112, and a message input unit 113. The management transmission unit 111 and the cloud transmission unit 121 can be directly or indirectly connected via the Internet, so that the management terminal device 11 and the cloud server 12 can be connected to transmit data bidirectionally.

[0023] The account management unit 112 is used to log in to the management account, and the message input unit 113 is used to generate and publish information. For example, after logging in to the management account corresponding to his / her identity through the application interface installed on the management terminal device 11, the administrator inputs and publishes information in the application interface.

[0024] Here, the aforementioned management transmission unit 111, account management unit 112 and message input unit 113 may be a combination of software and hardware, or a human-machine interface and corresponding processing program, and displayed on the management terminal device 11.

[0025] Referring again to Figure 1, the cloud server 12 mainly includes a cloud transmission unit 121, a permission unit 122, a group unit 123, a user database 124, and a publishing unit 125. Here, the cloud transmission unit 121 can transmit data bidirectionally by directly or indirectly connecting to the management terminal device 11 or the mobile device 2 via the Internet.

[0026] The permission unit 122 stores a plurality of management accounts and the publishing permissions corresponding to each management account. For example, when the user corresponding to the logged-in management account is a community administrator, the publishing permission of the corresponding management account is the permission to publish information to the mobile devices 2 of community residents; when the user corresponding to the logged-in management account is the village chief of Xingfuli, the publishing permission of the corresponding management account is the permission to publish information to the mobile devices 2 of Xingfuli residents. The above is only an example for illustration, and the regional publishing permissions corresponding to different management accounts can be set according to actual needs.

[0027] User database 124 stores multiple user data, which may include name, address and contact information (such as phone number or application ID), but this is only an example and not a limitation.

[0028] Group unit 123 stores multiple regional groups, and each regional group may contain multiple different user data. User data belonging to the same regional group corresponds to at least one common regional characteristic. That is, group unit 123 forms multiple regional groups based on multiple regional characteristics, and each regional group contains all multiple user data with the same regional characteristic. Furthermore, regional characteristics include, for example, community name, neighborhood name, and residential address. Therefore, users of a regional group may be residents of the same community, residents of the same neighborhood, or residents of the same neighborhood. Moreover, each user data has multiple regional characteristics and corresponds to multiple regional groups. For example, a user data may simultaneously belong to the regional group of Xingfu Neighborhood, the regional group of Jiankang Community, and the regional group of No. 32, 17th Floor, Unit 3, Minsheng Road. Furthermore, a regional group may contain multiple different regional characteristics, and different regional characteristics (e.g., community name, neighborhood name) may overlap in actual geographical locations.

[0029] Group unit 123 selects one of the multiple regional groups stored in group unit 123 as a publishing group based on the publishing permissions corresponding to the logged-in management account. That is, the administrator selects a regional group with the selected regional characteristics from the multiple regional groups as the publishing group. In other words, after obtaining the publishing permissions corresponding to each management account from permission unit 122, group unit 123 matches the regional groups with the corresponding publishing permissions and selects one of the regional groups with the selected regional characteristics as the publishing group.

[0030] The publishing unit 125 transmits publishing information to a plurality of mobile devices 2 specified by the user data in the publishing group. Furthermore, the publishing unit 125 obtains the communication methods (e.g., mobile phone numbers) of the users in the publishing group from the user database 124 and can transmit the message to the specified mobile device 2 (e.g., the mobile device 2 corresponding to the mobile phone number). That is, users with selected geographical characteristics (within the publishing group) receive the publishing information via mobile device 2, regardless of the user's actual geographical location.

[0031] In summary, through the territorial dissemination system 1, administrators (district offices, community management committees, ward chiefs, or neighborhood chiefs) can publish information to users in the territorial groups corresponding to the permissions of their management accounts. Users can receive the published information from their respective territorial groups instantly and reliably on their mobile devices 2.

[0032] In some implementations, a management account corresponds to multiple management identities, and each management identity corresponds to an identity publishing permission. After logging into the management account, the administrator can switch between different management identities and have different publishing permissions through the application interface. The group unit 123 selects one of the multiple regional groups as the publishing group based on the publishing permissions of the logged-in management account's management identity. For example, an administrator who simultaneously holds the positions of community chairman and ward chief can choose their management identity and use the same account to publish messages to users divided into different regional groups.

[0033] Please refer to Figure 2a, which is a schematic diagram (a) of the regional group of the regional dissemination system of the present invention. In some embodiments, the regional group includes a plurality of upper-level groups and a plurality of lower-level groups. Each upper-level group includes a plurality of lower-level groups. When selecting one of the upper-level groups as the publishing group, the group unit 123 specifies some of the lower-level groups belonging to the upper-level group as the publishing group. Taking Figure 2a as an example, Healthy Community (i.e., the geographical feature is Healthy Community) and Happy Community (i.e., the geographical feature is Happy Community) are communities within Happiness Lane (i.e., the geographical feature is Happiness Lane). The Happiness Lane group is a superior group compared to the Healthy Community group and the Happy Community group, while the Healthy Community group and the Happy Community group are subordinate groups compared to Happiness Lane. If the administrator is the head of Happiness Lane, their publishing authority can be to publish to all residents of Happiness Lane. When they select the geographical group with the geographical feature of Happiness Lane (superior group), the geographical group with the geographical feature of Healthy Community (subordinate group) and the geographical group with the geographical feature of Happy Community (subordinate group) will be automatically used as the publishing group.

[0034] If the administrator is also the administrator of the Health Community, he / she can switch his / her identity to the Health Community administrator. In this case, since the first building group, the second building group, the third building group and the fourth building group all belong to the Health Community group, the group unit 123 is replaced by the first building group, the second building group, the third building group and the fourth building group as the publishing group.

[0035] Please refer to Figures 2a and 3. Figure 3 is a block diagram (II) of the regional dissemination system of the present invention. In some embodiments, the management terminal device 11 may further include a permission management unit 114. After the management account logs in, the cloud transmission unit 121 transmits some regional groups with corresponding publishing permissions to the permission management unit 114. The permission management unit 114 can select one of the upper-level groups or one of the lower-level groups as the publishing group. Taking Figure 2a as an example, if the administrator is the administrator of the Healthy Community, after the management account logs in, the cloud transmission unit 121 will transmit the Healthy Community group, the First Building group, the Second Building group, the Third Building group, and the Fourth Building group to the permission management unit 114. At this time, the administrator can select the group of messages he / she wants to publish through the application interface, so that the permission management unit 114 can select one of the groups as the publishing group. Therefore, the administrator can choose to publish the information "Sports club preparation in progress" to the residents of the entire community, or choose to publish the information "Elevator maintenance in the First Building" to the residents living in the First Building.

[0036] Please refer to Figures 1, 2b, and 2c. Figure 2b is a schematic diagram (II) of the regional groups of the regional dissemination system of the present invention, and Figure 2c is a schematic diagram (III) of the regional groups of the regional dissemination system of the present invention. In some embodiments, the regional groups can be divided into a first group, a second group, and a third group. The first group includes the intersection of the second group and the third group. When the first group is selected as the publishing group, the group unit 123 specifies the first group and the intersection of the second group and the third group as the publishing group. For example, as shown in Figure 2b, the second group is the Healthy Community Group, and the third group is the second building of the Healthy Community (meaning that the second group is the superior group of the third group, in other words, the second group includes the third group). The first group is the school district group of Sunshine Primary School, which covers the second building (the third group), the A building group, and the B building group. In this embodiment, if the school staff selects the first group as the publishing group, the group unit 123 designates the first group and the intersection of the second and third groups as the publishing group. In this way, the school staff can publish school information, such as a temporary water outage notice to the mobile devices 2 of the residents in the school district (residents of the second building, building A and building B).

[0037] However, this embodiment is not limited to this. For example, as shown in Figure 2c, the third group may not be completely included in the second group. When the administrator selects the first group as the publishing group, the group unit 123 specifies the first group and the part where the second group and the third group intersect as the publishing group. Taking Figure 2c as an example, the publishing group is the residents of the second building, building A and building B.

[0038] Referring again to Figure 3, in some embodiments, the cloud server 12 may further include a registration unit 126 to verify identity information and establish a corresponding management account. Here, identity information may include, for example, the administrator's ID card number, date of birth, or ID card photo. When the administrator registers a management account through the application interface on the management terminal device 11, they upload their ID card number, date of birth, and ID card photo to the registration unit 126. The registration unit 126 compares the pre-stored identity information (such as information on elected neighborhood chiefs) and, after verifying the administrator's identity, establishes a management account so that the administrator can log in to the management account to publish information.

[0039] In some implementations, the permission unit 122 stores the validity period of each management account. When a management account expires, the permission unit 122 of the cloud server 12 terminates the publishing permission corresponding to the management account. At this time, even if the administrator logs in to the management account, they will not be able to publish information. For example, the term of office of a neighborhood chief is four years. When the term ends, his management account becomes invalid.

[0040] In some implementations, the management device 11 can generate publication time information corresponding to the published information, and the publishing unit 125 transmits the published information to a plurality of mobile devices 2 specified by a plurality of user data within the publishing group at a predetermined time based on the publication time information. That is, the administrator can set the expected publication time (i.e., publication time information) through the application interface installed on the management device 11, so that the publishing unit 125 transmits the published information at the predetermined time based on the publication time information.

[0041] Referring again to Figure 3, in some embodiments, the management device 11 may further include an indicator unit 127, which assigns an importance flag to the published information. For example, the administrator can mark the published information as particularly important information through the application interface installed on the management device 11, so that the indicator unit 127 assigns an importance flag to the published information. In this way, when the publishing unit 125 publishes a message to the user's mobile device 2, the published information with the importance flag will be displayed in a particularly prominent form on the application interface, such as being marked with an exclamation mark or having the title set to red bold in the message bar.

[0042] Referring again to Figure 3, in some embodiments, the publishing unit 125 may further include a queue module 1251 and a dissemination executor 1252. The queue module 1251 assigns a pending processing mark to all the information to be published. The dissemination executor 1252 sends the publishing information one by one according to the pending processing mark. After the sending is completed, the queue module 1251 assigns a processing completion mark to the published information that has been transmitted. Here, there can be one or more dissemination executors 1252. Each dissemination executor 1252 identifies a pending processing mark and executes the program to transmit the message. Other dissemination executors 1252 will be blocked from transmitting this publishing information. After the publishing information is transmitted, the queue module 1251 assigns a processing completion mark to the publishing information and removes the publishing information from the queue. In this way, the situation of missing or incomplete transmission of publishing information can be avoided, ensuring that every piece of publishing information is transmitted to the user's mobile device 2.

[0043] In some embodiments, each mobile device 2 automatically generates a read notification after receiving the published information and sends it back to the cloud server 12, which then transmits the read notification to the management device 11. In some embodiments, if the cloud server 12 does not receive a read notification within a predetermined time, the publishing unit 125 generates unread information and sends it to the management device 11, and the publishing unit 125 retransmits the published information to the unread mobile device 2. In this way, the administrator can be reminded that there are still residents who have not read the published information, so that the administrator can use this as a reference to determine whether to further remind residents of this published information. Alternatively, the publishing unit 125 can automatically retransmit the published information to the unread mobile device 2, which not only saves the administrator's tracking time but also improves the information delivery rate.

[0044] It should be noted that the aforementioned cloud transmission unit 121, permission unit 122, group unit 123, user database 124, and publishing unit 125 can be a combination of software and hardware. In addition, the group unit 123 and the user database 124 can be various storage units, such as hard drives, solid-state drives (SSDs), or various memory cards.

[0045] In summary, through the territorial dissemination system 1 of the present invention, administrators (such as district offices, community management committees, ward chiefs, or neighborhood chiefs) can publish information to users within the territorial groups corresponding to the permissions of their management accounts. In some implementations, the administrator can select the parent group, child group, or the intersection of various groups to which the information is to be published. This not only saves time in publishing information but also allows for more precise delivery of information to the intended recipients. Furthermore, administrators can choose the time of publication according to actual needs, or whether to mark it as important information, which can also prevent the publication of information from being missed or not being completed. Users can receive the published information from their respective territorial groups instantly and reliably on their mobile devices 2, thereby achieving the effect of effective and accurate information dissemination.

[0046] The above detailed description fully demonstrates that the present invention is progressive in terms of its purpose and effectiveness, has significant industrial applicability, and is a novel invention never before seen on the market. It fully meets the patent requirements, and therefore this application is filed in accordance with the law. However, the above description is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and should not be used to limit the scope of the invention. All equivalent variations and modifications made within the scope of the present invention patent should fall within the scope of the present invention patent. We respectfully request your consideration and approval, and earnestly hope that you will grant our request.
