Abstract

According to the manufacturing method of the three-dimensional shaped food of the present invention, a three-dimensional shaped food with good operability during injection and high shape retention from the time of lamination to the time of lamination can be obtained. The three-dimensional shaped food also has heat resistance and can withstand precision shaping after molding.
