[0032] The following detailed description of some embodiments of this application is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Unless otherwise specified, the following embodiments and features can be combined with each other.

[0033] Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. One embodiment of this application provides a controllable airflow direction comb 100, which includes a first housing 10 and a second housing 20 that are adapted to each other, a first comb frame 30, and a sliding plate 40. The first housing 10 and the second housing 20 can be snapped together by a snap (not shown), and the first housing 10 and the second housing 20 together form a cavity (not shown), which is connected to the outside so that airflow can be introduced into the cavity. Please refer to Figures 3 and 4. The first housing 10 is provided with a first comb tooth 101 and a second comb tooth 102 arranged opposite to each other. The first comb tooth 101 is provided with a first air outlet 1011, and the first housing 10 is provided with a first vent 1111 that communicates with the first air outlet 1011. The first vent 1111 communicates with the cavity and the first air outlet 1011. The second comb tooth 102 is provided with a second air outlet 1021, and the airflow direction of the first air outlet 1011 is different from that of the second air outlet 1021. The first housing 10 is further provided with a second vent 1121 communicating with the second air outlet 1021. The second vent 1121 connects the cavity and the second air outlet 1021. The first comb holder 30 is rotatably mounted on the first housing 10 and partially accommodated in the cavity. The first comb holder 30 is provided with a first stop 301 and a second stop 302. The first stop 301 and the second stop 302 may be, but are not limited to, block shape.

[0034] Please refer to Figures 5 and 6 together. The sliding plate 40 is disposed on the first housing 10. The sliding plate 40 includes a first plate 41 and a second plate 42 disposed opposite to each other, and the first plate 41 and the second plate 42 are generally parallel. The first plate 41 has a first notch 411, and the second plate 42 has a second notch 421. The first stop 301 is adapted to move within the first notch 411, and the second stop 302 is adapted to move within the second notch 421. The sliding plate 40 also includes a first extension plate 43 connected to the first plate 41 and a second extension plate 44 connected to the second plate 42. The first extension plate 43 is generally perpendicular to the first plate 41, and the second extension plate 44 is generally perpendicular to the second plate 42.

[0035] The first extension plate 43 includes a plurality of alternating first openings 430 and first blocking portions 431, and the second extension plate 44 includes a plurality of alternating second openings 440 and second blocking portions 441. It can be understood that the portion between every two first openings 430 on the first extension plate 43 constitutes the first blocking portion 431, and the portion between every two second openings 440 on the second extension plate 44 constitutes the second blocking portion 441.

[0036] When the first stop block 301 moves within the first notch 411 of the sliding plate 40, it applies pressure to the sliding plate 40 and moves it, causing the first opening 430 to misalign with the first vent 1111. The first blocking part 431 covers the first vent 1111, preventing air from flowing from the first air outlet 1011. At this time, the second opening 440 connects with the second vent 1121, allowing air to flow from the second air outlet 1021. When the second stop block 302 moves within the second notch 421 of the sliding plate 40, it applies pressure to the sliding plate 40 and moves it, causing the second opening 440 to misalign with the second vent 1121. The second blocking part 441 covers the second vent 1121, preventing air from flowing from the second air outlet 1021. At this time, the first opening 430 connects with the first vent 1111, allowing air to flow from the first air outlet 1011.

[0037] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the slider 40 is generally a hollow frame structure, and the cross-sectional shape of the first notch 411 and the second notch 421 is generally trapezoidal. The first stop 301 and the second stop 302 (see Figure 2) move within the first notch 411 or the second notch 421 until they abut against one of the waists of the trapezoid, and then continue to move to apply a downward pressure along this waist to the first notch 411 or the second notch 421. This pressure pushes the slider 40 to move, so that the first opening 430 communicates with the first vent 1111 to allow air to exit the first air outlet 1011, or so that the second opening 440 communicates with the second vent 1121 to allow air to exit the second air outlet 1021. Further, the slider 40 also includes two third plates 45 connecting the first plate 41 and the second plate 42.

[0038] Please refer to Figures 1, 3, and 4. In some embodiments, the first housing 10 includes a second comb holder 11 and a receiving cavity 12, with the second comb holder 11 disposed at the end of the receiving cavity 12. The first comb teeth 101, the second comb teeth 102, the first comb holder 30, and the slide plate 40 are all disposed on the second comb holder 11. The second comb holder 11 has a hollow structure, including a first wall 111 and a second wall 112 disposed opposite to each other, and a third wall 113 and a fourth wall 114 connecting the first wall 111 and the second wall 112. The first wall 111 and the second wall 112 are arranged substantially parallel to each other. The third wall 113 connects to one end of the first wall 111 and the second wall 112, and the fourth wall 114 connects to the other end of the first wall 111 and the second wall 112. The third wall 113 and the fourth wall 114 may be arc-shaped. The first wall 111, the second wall 112, the third wall 113 and the fourth wall 114 together form a receiving portion 115. The second comb holder 11 may also include an extension wall 116, which is formed by extending from the edges of the first wall 111, the second wall 112 and the third wall 113 toward the direction close to the second housing 20 (i.e., the upper surface in FIG3).

[0039] Further, along the thickness direction, the first wall 111 is provided with a plurality of first ventilation openings 1111 penetrating the first wall 111, and the second wall 112 is provided with a plurality of second ventilation openings 1121 penetrating the second wall 112. The first comb teeth 101 are disposed on the surface of the first wall 111 facing away from the second housing 20 (i.e., the lower surface of the first wall 111 in Figure 4), and the position of the first comb teeth 101 corresponds to the position of the first ventilation openings 1111, so that the first ventilation openings 1111 communicate with the first air outlet 1011. The first comb teeth 101 and the first ventilation openings 1111 can be arranged in one or more rows on the first wall 111, and this application does not impose any limitation. The second comb teeth 102 are disposed on the surface of the second wall 112 facing away from the second housing 20 (i.e., the lower surface of the second wall 112 in Figure 3), and the position of the second comb teeth 102 corresponds to the position of the second ventilation openings 1121, so that the second ventilation openings 1121 communicate with the second air outlet 1021. The second comb teeth 102 and the second vent 1121 may be arranged in one or more rows on the second wall 112, and this application does not impose any restrictions.

[0040] Please refer to Figures 3 to 6. The first extension plate 43 of the slider 40 is disposed on the upper surface of the first wall 111 of the second comb holder 11, and the second extension plate 44 of the slider 40 is disposed on the upper surface of the second wall 112 of the second comb holder 11. As shown in Figure 6, the end of the second extension plate 44 near the third wall 113 includes a limiting groove 442. As shown in Figure 3, the end of the second wall 112 near the third wall 113 is provided with a limiting block 1122. The limiting block 1122 is accommodated in the limiting groove 442 and one end protrudes from the limiting groove 442, thereby limiting the slider 40 and preventing excessive movement of the slider 40.

[0041] Further, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, the third wall 113 is provided with a first connecting block 1131, and the first connecting block 1131 is provided with a first through hole 1132. The first through hole 1132 extends through the first connecting block 1131 along the extending direction of the first wall 111. The fourth wall 114 is provided with a second connecting block 1141, and the second connecting block 1141 is provided with a second through hole 1142. The second through hole 1142 extends through the second connecting block 1141 along the extending direction of the first wall 111.

[0042] As shown in Figure 7, in some embodiments, the first comb holder 30 includes a base plate 31 and a first side 32, a second side 33, a third side 34, and a fourth side 35 extending from the edge of the base plate 31 toward the second housing 20. The first side 32 and the second side 33 are arranged substantially parallel, and the third side 34 and the fourth side 35 are arranged opposite to and connected to the first side 32 and the second side 33. A first stop block 301 is provided on the first side 32 and protrudes from the upper surface of the first side 32. A second stop block 302 is provided on the second side 33 and protrudes from the upper surface of the second side 33. A third comb tooth 311 is provided on the lower surface of the base plate 31, and the extending direction of the third comb tooth 311 is the same as the extending direction of the first comb tooth 101 and the second comb tooth 102. The third comb tooth 311 is received in the receiving portion 115 of the second comb holder 11.

[0043] Furthermore, the third side 34 is provided with a first connecting plate 341. The first connecting plate 341 is provided with a first shaft 342, which is received within the first through hole 1132 (see Figure 3). The fourth side 35 is provided with a second connecting plate 351, which is provided with a second shaft 352, which is received within the second through hole 1142 (see Figure 3). By receiving the first shaft 342 within the first through hole 1132 of the second comb holder 11 and the second shaft 352 within the second through hole 1142 of the second comb holder 11, the first comb holder 30 and the second comb holder 11 can be connected, and the first comb holder 30 can rotate relative to the second comb holder 11.

[0044] When a user combs their hair, there is friction between the hair and the third comb tooth 311 on the first comb holder 30. This friction can cause the first comb holder 30 to rotate, thereby causing the first stop block 301 or the second stop block 302 on the first comb holder 30 to move. For example, when the friction force on the third comb tooth 311 is to the left (i.e., from the second comb tooth 102 to the first comb tooth 101), the first comb holder 30 rotates, the first stop block 301 moves within the first notch 411 of the slide plate 40 and abuts against the waist of the first notch 411, applying a downward force, thereby causing the slide plate 40 to move towards the third wall 113 of the second comb holder 11. The first vent 1111 on the second comb holder 11 is misaligned with the first opening 430 of the slide plate 40, while the second vent 1121 is connected to the second opening 440, thereby allowing air to exit through the second air outlet 1021. When the friction force on the third comb tooth 311 is directed to the right (i.e., from the first comb tooth 101 to the second comb tooth 102), the first comb frame 30 rotates, the second stop block 302 moves within the second notch 421 of the slide plate 40 and abuts against the waist of the second notch 421 and applies a downward force, thereby driving the slide plate 40 to move toward the fourth wall 114 of the second comb frame 11. The second vent 1121 on the second comb frame 11 is misaligned with the second opening 440 of the slide plate 40, while the first vent 1111 is connected to the first opening 430, thereby allowing air to exit through the first air outlet 1011.

[0045] Referring to Figures 2 and 8, in some embodiments, the comb 100 further includes a third comb holder 50. The third comb holder 50 includes a frame 501 and fourth comb teeth 502 disposed on the lower surface of the frame 501. The frame 501 is fixed to the base plate 31 (see Figure 7) of the first comb holder 30, and the fourth comb teeth 502 can extend from the gap in the base plate 31. The fourth comb teeth 502 extend in the same direction as the first comb teeth 101, the second comb teeth 102, and the third comb teeth 311. The third comb teeth 311 and the fourth comb teeth 502 can increase the comb tooth density to improve the user experience.

[0046] Referring to Figure 2, in some embodiments, the comb 100 further includes a heating assembly 60, which heats the air to blow out hot air. The heating assembly 60 includes a protective plate 601, a mounting plate 602, and a heating element 603 disposed between the protective plate 601 and the mounting plate 602. The protective plate 601 is disposed on the frame 501 of the third comb holder 50. The heating element 603 may be, but is not limited to, a ceramic thermistor (PTC). It can be understood that when the third comb holder 50 is omitted, the protective plate 601 can be directly disposed on the base plate 31 of the first comb holder 30.

[0047] Please refer to Figures 2 and 7. In some embodiments, the base plate 31 of the first comb holder 30 is provided with a plurality of opposing first limiting plates 312 and a plurality of second limiting plates 313. The first limiting plates 312 are disposed near the first side 32, and the second limiting plates 313 are disposed near the second side 33. The protective plate 601, the heating element 603, and the mounting plate 602 are disposed between the first limiting plates 312 and the second limiting plates 313 to prevent them from moving in the horizontal direction.

[0048] Referring to Figures 2 and 9, in some embodiments, the comb 100 further includes a pressure plate 70. The pressure plate 70 is disposed on the surface of the mounting plate 602 opposite to the heating element 603. The pressure plate 70 includes a body portion 71 and a first opening 701, a second opening 702, and a third opening 703 disposed on the body portion 71. The body portion 71 also includes a mounting hole 72 penetrating the body portion along its thickness direction. As shown in Figure 7, a plurality of mounting posts 320 are also provided on the base plate 31 of the first comb holder 30. The mounting posts 320 are disposed near the first side 32 or near the second side 33. The positions of the mounting posts 320 correspond to the mounting holes 72, so that the pressure plate 70 can be fixed to the first comb holder 30 using screws or the like.

[0049] Furthermore, the first opening 701 and the second opening 702 are respectively located at both ends of the main body 71, and the third opening 703 is approximately located in the middle of the main body 71. The first opening 701 contains a first pressure plate 7011 with one end fixed and the other end movable; the second opening 702 contains a second pressure plate 7021 with one end fixed and the other end movable; and the third opening 703 contains a third pressure plate 7031 with one end fixed and the other end movable. The first pressure plate 7011, the second pressure plate 7021, and the third pressure plate 7031 are used to elastically press against the mounting plate 602 of the heating assembly 60, thereby further fixing the heating assembly 60 and the third comb holder 50.

[0050] As shown in Figure 2, in some embodiments, the air comb 100 further includes a support structure 103, a motor 104, and an air intake assembly 105. The support structure 103 and the motor 104 are housed within the cavity formed after the first housing 10 and the second housing 20 are fastened together. The support structure 103 may be, but is not limited to, annular, and is used to strengthen the overall strength of the first housing 10 and the second housing 20 after fastening together. The air intake assembly 105 includes a sleeve 1051 and an air intake pipe 1052 connected to the sleeve 1051. The sleeve 1051 is fitted onto the outer surface of the first housing 10 and the second housing 20, and a portion of the air intake pipe 1052 is housed within the air comb 100, while another portion extends to the outside of the air comb 100. The motor 104 is used to draw air into the air comb 100 through the air intake pipe 1052.

[0051] The air comb 100 described in this application utilizes the friction between the hair and the comb teeth during combing to move either the first stop 301 or the second stop 302 on the first comb holder 30, thereby moving the slider 40. This causes the slider 40 to block or connect to the ventilation opening, thus controlling the airflow direction. The air comb 100 described in this application can instantly adjust the airflow direction according to the movement direction of the comb teeth, and has no special requirements for the usage environment. Furthermore, the air comb 100 described in this application relies on mechanical transmission, which reduces product cost and has a simple structure, facilitating product miniaturization.
