Abstract

A method for manufacturing oxide ceramic particles coated with amination functional groups includes the following steps: mixing and grinding multiple LLZO (lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide) particles with methanol in a wet mixer to form a first mixed slurry; then adding tris(hydroxymethyl)amine and tris(hydroxymethyl)amine hydrochloride and grinding and stirring to form a second mixed slurry; then adding dopamine hydrochloride to form a comprehensive mixed slurry; wherein the dopamine in the dopamine hydrochloride forms bonds with the OH- bonds extending from the outer surface of the LLZO particles, allowing the dopamine to combine with the LLZO particles to form a dopamine layer, thus forming the oxide ceramic particles coated with amination functional groups. In this invention, a CTAB surfactant can also be added to the wet mixer; and after grinding and mixing in step C above, an alcohol solution containing carbon nanotubes can be added and mixed and stirred to form a carbon-coated LLZO particle slurry.
