Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to an information push system, and more particularly to an information push system based on business and user relationships. Prior Technology
[0002] Push notification technology refers to a communication technology that proactively delivers information to users. Unlike traditional pull methods, users do not need to actively query; the system automatically delivers information to the user's device based on specific conditions or events. Common forms of push notification technology include: app notifications, web push notifications, triggered emails, SMS push notifications, and bot messages from messaging apps. These pushes can be precisely sent based on user behavior, geolocation, preferences, and time conditions. Common application scenarios for push notification technology include promotional notifications, shopping cart abandonment reminders, membership management and retention, birthday coupon pushes, return visit reminders for inactive users, product recommendations based on purchase history, geolocation push notifications, and new product launch notifications. This technology is widely used in business, primarily through social communication platforms.
[0003] For businesses, the promotional messages are prepared by the marketing department and sent out uniformly through official account groups. While this approach is simple and effective, it can create problems in practice. For example, many companies hire multiple salespeople to assist in promoting their business. Each salesperson manages an official account authorized by the company but operated independently. These accounts receive promotional messages proactively pushed to their respective users by the marketing department. However, because each salesperson manages different clients (users) with different attributes and focuses on different areas of expertise, the aforementioned uniform push approach fails to achieve precise targeting and may even cause confusion regarding the attribution of sales performance among different salespeople.
[0004] In order to solve the aforementioned problems, the present invention was proposed. Summary of the Invention
[0005] This paragraph extracts and summarizes certain features of the invention. Other features will be disclosed in subsequent paragraphs. Its purpose is to cover various modifications and similar arrangements within the spirit and scope of the additional claims.
[0006] To address the aforementioned problems, this invention discloses an information push system based on business and user relationships. The system is installed in a server host and connects to a third-party server operating a social communication platform. It includes: a parameter setting module for multiple official accounts (Official Accounts) operating on the social communication platform. The system includes: an Account (OA) module that sets at least one parameter value; a feature binding module that performs the following operations: monitoring multiple web pages; extracting the official business account and a user identity from a referral visit to these web pages from the social communication platform; binding the official business account and the user identity; converting multiple digital behaviors of the referral visit on these web pages into corresponding tags; and binding these tags to the user identity; a display template module that stores multiple display templates, each display template including display information and a parameter field; and an information push module that performs the following operations: selecting a target display template from the display templates; setting a parameter value in the parameter field of the target display template; setting at least one target tag; obtaining multiple target user identities with binding tags identical to any of the at least one target tag through comparison with the social communication platform; and pushing the target display template to the target user identities through the official business account bound to the target user identities.
[0007] According to the present invention, the digital behavior can be clicking a specific image or text box, entering a specific webpage, staying on a specific webpage for a certain period of time, and receiving downloaded data from a specific webpage.
[0008] According to the present invention, the displayed information is a segment of a complete URL, and the set parameter value is combined with the displayed information to form the complete URL.
[0009] Ideally, this parameter value should be a URL, discount code, or announcement message.
[0010] According to the present invention, the information push module can further push the target display template to the target user identities bound to the designated business official account through a designated business official account.
[0011] According to the present invention, the third-party server operating the social communication platform is connected via an application program interface (API) information connection.
[0012] According to the present invention, the referral access is triggered when a user with the user identity clicks on text or an icon embedded in the official account group of the business, which leads to one of the web pages.
[0013] The aforementioned information push system based on business and user relationships may further include a webpage provision module, providing access to the content of these webpages.
[0014] This invention enables precise push notifications to each user on social communication platforms based on their digital behavior, specifically targeting the official business accounts of the groups the user has joined. This allows the pushed information to meet the needs of each salesperson's managed groups. Furthermore, the sales revenue generated by this system can be accurately attributed to the corresponding salesperson, thus resolving the aforementioned problems. Simple Explanation of the Diagram

[0021] The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following embodiments.
[0022] Please refer to Figure 1, which is a schematic diagram of the components and application environment of an information push system based on business and user relationships (hereinafter referred to as "this system") according to an embodiment of the present invention. This system is installed on a server host 1 and connected to a third-party server 2 operating a social communication platform via network N. The hardware architecture of the server host 1 on which this system is installed is not significantly different from that of a general server architecture, and may include a central processing unit, memory, storage devices (such as hard drives), I / O units, etc. Although these hardware components are not shown in Figure 1, they represent an architecture that those skilled in the art of servers should understand. The various modules of this system described below are the technical components of this system that operate using or in conjunction with the aforementioned existing server host 1 equipment. Therefore, they can be software containing specific code and data, running under an operating system within at least a portion of the hardware architecture (for example, code and related data files are stored in a storage device, temporarily stored in memory under the operation of the operating system, and dynamically invoked and executed by the central processing unit). On the other hand, these modules can also be specialized hardware, such as application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) or external cards, to perform the functions assigned to them. Furthermore, these technical components can be partly software and partly hardware, effectively integrated according to the needs of product designers, all within the scope of the technology claimed in this patent.
[0023] The social communication platform described in this invention is a software system that can connect multiple terminals (such as smartphones or laptops) via a network N, providing instant messaging and social networking functions, such as, but not limited to, LINE™, WhatsApp™, WeChat™, and Facebook Messenger™. Because this system needs to establish non-standard information connections with these social communication platforms to provide services beyond their default settings, this system connects with the third-party server 2 operating the social communication platform through the application program interface (API) provided by that social communication platform. Furthermore, the social communication platform connects with multiple business terminal devices 5 and multiple user terminal devices 6 via the network N. These business terminal devices 5 are used by enterprise sales personnel to manage their official business accounts (OA), and the user terminal devices 6 are hardware devices, such as smartphones, used by users to log in to the social communication platform using their user ID to connect with their official business accounts.
[0024] The system contains a web page provision module 10 , a parameter setting module 11 , a characteristic binding module 12 , a display template module 13 and an information push module 14 .
[0025] The Web Provision Module 10 provides the content of a number of web pages for access. In this embodiment, these web pages are the body of a website operated by a travel agency, which may be used to introduce different products, explain problems, or purchase online. The system may also not contain web page provision modules 10 , the content of which web pages may be provided by a separate web server 3 .
[0026] The parameter setting module 11 sets at least one parameter value for the official accounts of multiple businesses operating on the social communication platform, which is unified by the owner of the system in a backend 4 (such as a desktop computer). For a better understanding of this, see Fig. 2 , which plots the interface displayed on screen 4a of the background end 4 . The operator of the background end 4 can set the parameter name in the parameter name field, then click or create a new OA (this embodiment is illustrated by three business official accounts, OA1, OA2 and OA3), and enter the parameter value in the field behind that OA. Parameter values of the type are text, numbers or combinations thereof, essentially helpful for business promotion, specifically may be, but are not limited to, URLs, discount codes or announcement messages. Its application will be detailed later in conjunction with the display information.
[0027] Characteristics The binding module 12 is a technical component that binds the official account number of the business to the user identity, and the user identity to a specific label. Before explaining the execution of the characteristic binding module 12, an introduction to the relationships between the binding requirements is required. See Figure 3 , which shows the relationship between the official account number of the business and the identity of the user. In this embodiment, the official business account OA1 owns the user identities of the user as 0288, 0788, 0988 and 1088. The aforementioned user identity appears in the group of the corresponding business official account and accepts the business information pushed by the business's official account. The business staff with the official account of the business also personally responds to every question or request raised as a user, this interaction is the so-called operating customer. The basis of the correspondence between each business's official account and its own user identity is established in a social communication platform and recorded on a third-party server2, this system is unclear until a specific action is triggered.
[0028] The following describes the multiple tasks performed by the feature binding module 12. The first task performed by the feature binding module 12 is to monitor multiple web pages provided by the web page providing module 10 or web server 3. As shown in Figure 3, the feature binding module 12 does not actively monitor these web pages P, but rather adds specific JavaScript code to the web pages so that each web page P can actively notify the feature binding module 12 when it receives external access. The second task performed by the feature binding module 12 is to extract the official business account and user identity from a referral access request from the social communication platform to these web pages. Specifically, the referral access is triggered when a user with the user identity clicks a hyperlink or icon embedded in each official business account group on the social communication platform, linking to one of the web pages P. In other words, the message sent by the salesperson can contain text or an icon linking to any of the aforementioned web pages P. When the user clicks this hyperlink on their client device 6, a referral access request to the web page is formed by the social communication platform. For example, in Figure 3, user ID 1088 was referred to a webpage P (represented by a dotted line) through the official business account OA1 group. Referral visits often include information from social communication platforms, such as a referral visit message: https: / / www.travelw.com / ?domain@chrisfar&user_token=Ue5asb57f996b78a3d62d.. which contains the official business account chrisfar and user identity Ue5asb57f996b78a3d62d. Then, the third job performed by the characteristic binding module 12: bind the official account number of the business with the identity of that user. Originally, the system did not know the relationship between the official business account OA1 and the user identity 1088. By binding the two through the characteristic binding module 12, the relationship between the official business account OA1 and the user identity 1088 was established in this system. The fourth job performed by the Characteristic Binding Module 12: converting the multiple digital behaviors of referral visits in those web pages P into corresponding tags. Digital behavior refers to the behavior of users interacting with web content in web page P, which can be, but not limited to, clicking a specific picture box, entering a specific web page, staying in a specific web page, and receiving download data from a specific web page. For example, the label of the digital behavior of clicking a certain frame is #click_FIG_142. Information on digital behavior can also be obtained by embedded JavaScript code and sent to the feature binding module 12 . Finally, the fifth job performed by the characteristic binding module 12: binding those tags to that user identity. Since then, the system has been able to learn all the digital behaviors of the user whose identity of a particular user is known from each referral visit, and use the setting of the tag to indirectly understand those information that the user is interested in in the web page P.
[0029] Display template module 13 stores multiple display templates, each containing display information and a parameter field. See Figure 4, which illustrates the interface displayed on the screen 6a of a user terminal device 6. This interface is provided for a social communication platform and, since it is sent continuously, contains two display templates: a link to the online golf tour: https: / / {parameter value 1}.travelw.com / travel / detail / AXSkms; and a service-specific discount code {parameter value 2}. The first display template contains the display information "Golf Tour Online Link: https: / / .travelw.com / travel / detail / AXSkms" and the parameter field "{parameter value 1}". The second display template contains the display information "Enter Service-Specific Discount Code" and the parameter field "{parameter value 2}". When a parameter value is entered into the parameter field, the information displayed by the display template becomes complete. In the first display template, the display information is a segment of a complete URL, and the set parameter value combines with the display information to form the complete URL. For example, if you enter the parameter value "kay" into the parameter field {parameter value 1}, the complete information will include the full URL https: / / kay.travelw.com / travel / detail / AXSkms. In the second display template, the display information and parameter values are displayed separately, and {parameter value 2} is set to the aforementioned discount code (which can also be changed to an announcement message to match the display information).
[0030] The information push module 14 is a technical component of this system that pushes business information to specific users through a social communication platform. See Figure 5, which illustrates another interface displayed on the screen 4a of the backend terminal 4. This interface is provided by the information push module 14 to the backend terminal 4 for operation. The information push module 14 performs the following tasks.
[0031] The first task performed by the information push module 14 is to select a target display template from among the display templates. As shown in Figure 5, the drop-down menu for frequently used messages can be selected from multiple preset display templates; the selected display template is called the target display template. The second task performed by the information push module 14 is to set a parameter value in the parameter field of the target display template, such as setting the discount code "524w54f542k" in the parameter field {parameter value 2} in Figure 4. The third task performed by the information push module 14 is to set at least one target tag. After selecting a target display template, the target display template can further select a tag to be used as the target tag for operation from all tags; at least one tag is required. The fourth task performed by the information push module 14 is to obtain multiple target user identities with the same binding tag as any of the at least one target tag through comparison on the social communication platform. For example, a target display template contains two target tags: #click_FIG_255 and #female. User identity 0588 has the bound tags #click_FIG_255, #female, and #2025_promotion; user identity 0288 has the bound tags #click_FIG_255 and #male; and user identity 0688 has the bound tags #click_FIG_125 and #male. Since user identities 0588 and 0288 have the same bound tags as either of the two target tags, they become the aforementioned target user identities. The fifth task performed by the information push module 14 is to push the target display template to the target user identities through the official business accounts bound to them. Continuing the example above, the target display template will be pushed to user identity 0588 through the official business account OA3 bound to user identity 0588, and the target display template will also be pushed to user identity 0288 through the official business account OA1 bound to user identity 0288. This kind of push is a precise push: only users with relevant attributes (bound tags) will receive the target display template specially designed for them, and it is done through the group of their respective official business accounts. The advantage of this is that subsequent business opportunities can be obtained by the salesperson operating the official business account. For example, see Figure 6, which illustrates another interface displayed on screen 6a of user device 6. In the aforementioned example, https: / / kay.travelw.com / travel / detail / AXSkms is the URL generated when kay is entered in the parameter field {parameter value 1}. The webpage that this URL leads to is the exclusive paid webpage for salesperson kay. If a user places an order for any product through this webpage, their sales performance can be attributed to salesperson kay.
[0032] In addition to the aforementioned precise push notifications, this invention can also push target display templates to official business accounts that do not meet the execution requirements of the information push module 14. Specifically, the information push module 14 can push the target display template to the target user identity bound to the designated official business account through a designated official business account. As shown in Figure 5, the operator on the backend 4 can select the official business account OA2 from the OA drop-down menu and send the target display template to the user identities 0388, 0688, and 0888 to which the official business account belongs, even though these user identities are not bound to target tags. This approach can be used as a test method when promoting business to see the effectiveness of target tags and whether it is possible to attract unexpected users.
[0033] Although the present invention has been disclosed above by way of embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention. Anyone skilled in the art can make some modifications and refinements without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention shall be determined by the appended claims.
