Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention provides an anti-tipping mobile storage cabinet, particularly an anti-tipping mobile storage cabinet that can guide and correct its movement, making it easy to set up, stable to move, and preventing tipping. Prior Technology
[0002] Typical mobile shelving units (such as large, compact mobile cabinets) usually have multiple shelves mounted on a ground track module or a top track module. The floor track module or top track module is used to move the multiple shelves to place or retrieve items. Summary of the Invention
[0003] However, the aforementioned mobile shelving units typically require horizontal alignment of the ground or top track modules during installation to ensure smooth movement of most shelves, making the installation process quite complex. Furthermore, the long-term load-bearing movement of most shelves, or the shaking caused by earthquakes, can lead to displacement between most shelves and the ground or top track modules, preventing smooth movement of most shelves and even causing them to tip over.
[0004] Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to actively disclose how to invent a tilt-proof mobile storage cabinet that can be moved without the need for leveling and can guide and correct its movement, thereby achieving the effects of easy installation, stable movement, and prevention of tipping.
[0005] In view of the shortcomings of the aforementioned conventional technology, the inventor felt that it was not perfect, so he devoted his mind to research and overcoming it, and developed an anti-tipping mobile storage cabinet, so that it can be installed without leveling and guided and corrected during movement, thus achieving the effects of easy installation, stable movement and preventing tipping.
[0006] To achieve the above and other objectives, the present invention provides an anti-tipping mobile storage cabinet, comprising: two fixed shelf modules, two track modules, and a plurality of movable shelf modules. Each fixed shelf module has a plurality of fixed connecting parts at its bottom; each track module includes two fixed seats and a shaft, with each fixed seat adjacent to the top of each fixed shelf module, and both ends of each shaft located at each fixed seat; each movable shelf module is disposed between the fixed shelf modules, and each movable shelf module has two movable limiting units and a plurality of casters, with each movable limiting unit adjacent to the top of each movable shelf module and movably connected to each shaft, and each caster located at the bottom of each movable shelf module.
[0007] In the aforementioned anti-tipping mobile storage cabinet, each movable limiting unit is provided with a base, a pulley, and a guide wheel. Each base is adjacent to the top of each movable storage rack module. Each pulley is movably disposed on the top of the inner side of each base. Each guide wheel is movably disposed on the bottom of the inner side of each base. Each pulley abuts against the top of each shaft, and each guide wheel abuts against the bottom of each shaft, so that each pulley and each guide wheel correspond to and clamp each shaft.
[0008] In the aforementioned anti-tipping mobile storage cabinet, each of the bases has an elongated hole and a fixing hole on both sides. The elongated holes are located near the top of each base, and the fixing holes are located near the bottom of each base. The two ends of each pulley are movably located in the elongated holes, and the two ends of each guide wheel are located in the fixing holes.
[0009] In the aforementioned anti-tipping mobile storage cabinet, each pulley is provided with a rolling element, two shafts and an elastic element. The shafts are respectively located at both ends of each rolling element, and the elastic element is located within each rolling element. The two ends of each elastic element abut against each shaft, and each pulley is movably disposed in each elongated hole via each shaft, so that each rolling element abuts against the top of each shaft.
[0010] In the aforementioned anti-tipping mobile storage cabinet, each guide wheel is provided with a limiting wheel body, two bearings and a pivot. The bearings are respectively located at both ends of each limiting wheel body. Each pivot passes through each limiting wheel body and each bearing, so that each limiting wheel body is movably located on each pivot. Both ends of each pivot are respectively fixed in each fixing hole, and each limiting wheel body abuts against the bottom of each shaft.
[0011] In the aforementioned anti-tipping mobile storage cabinet, each pivot has a bushing at both ends, and each bushing abuts against the interior of both sides of the base.
[0012] In the aforementioned anti-tipping mobile storage cabinet, each of the limiting wheels has a concave arc portion and two abutment portions. The abutment portions are respectively provided on both sides of each concave arc portion, each shaft spans across each concave arc portion, and each abutment portion abuts against both sides of each shaft.
[0013] In this way, the fixed placement frame module, the track module and the movable limit unit can be used to make the movable placement frame module not need to be leveled when it is set up, and the movable limit unit and the shaft guide and correct the movement stroke when the movable placement frame module moves, so as to achieve the effects of easy erection, stable movement and prevention of tipping. Simple Explanation of the Diagram
[0014] [Figure 1] is a schematic diagram of the appearance of the present invention. [Figure 2] is an exploded view of the present invention. [Figure 3] is a schematic diagram of the combination of the shaft and the movable limiting unit in this invention. [Figure 4] is a schematic diagram of the combination of the shaft and the movable limiting unit in this invention. Implementation
[0015] To fully understand the purpose, features, and effects of this invention, the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the specific embodiments and accompanying drawings, as follows:
[0016] Please refer to Figures 1 to 4. As shown in the figures, the present invention provides an anti-tipping mobile storage cabinet, which includes: two fixed storage rack modules 1, two track modules 2, and a plurality of movable storage rack modules 3.
[0017] Each of the fixed placement rack modules 1 has a plurality of fixed parts 11 at its bottom.
[0018] Each track module 2 includes two fixed seats 21 and a shaft 22. Each fixed seat 21 is disposed adjacent to the top of each fixed placement frame module 1, and both ends of each shaft 22 are disposed on each fixed seat 21.
[0019] Each movable rack module 3 is disposed between each fixed rack module 1. Each movable rack module 3 is provided with two movable limiting units 31 and a plurality of casters 32. Each movable limiting unit 31 is disposed adjacent to the top of each movable rack module 3 and is movably disposed on each shaft 22. Each caster 32 is disposed at the bottom of each movable rack module 3.
[0020] Based on the above embodiments, during installation, each fixed placement frame module 1 can be set at an appropriate distance, and each fixed placement frame module 1 can be fixed to the ground with a fixing part 11. The fixing base 21 of each track module 2 can be arranged adjacent to the top of each fixed placement frame module 1, and the two ends of each shaft 22 can be arranged on each fixing base 21. Then, each movable placement frame module 3 can be arranged between each fixed placement frame module 1, and each movable limiting unit 31 can be movably arranged on the top of each movable placement frame module 3 on each shaft 22, thereby completing the installation of each fixed placement frame module 1, each track module 2 and each movable placement frame module 3. In this way, by utilizing the cooperation of each fixed placement frame module 1, each track module 2 and each movable limiting unit 31, each movable placement frame module 3 can be installed without horizontal correction, thus achieving the effect of easy installation.
[0021] When in use, force can be directly applied to each of the movable rack modules 3, causing the top of each movable rack module 3 to move on the shaft 22 via the movable limiting unit 31, while the bottom of each movable rack module 3 moves on the ground via the casters 32. In this way, in addition to moving on the ground via the casters 32 at the bottom of each movable rack module 3, the movement of each movable rack module 3 can be guided and corrected by the cooperation of the movable limiting unit 31 and the shaft 22, thereby achieving stable movement and preventing tipping. This allows appropriate space to be created between each movable rack module 3 (or between each fixed rack module 1 and each movable rack module 3), so that people can enter and exit to place or retrieve relevant items.
[0022] In addition to the above embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the difference from the above embodiments is that each movable limiting unit 31 is provided with a base 311, a pulley 312 and a guide wheel 313. Each base 311 is adjacent to the top of each movable placement frame module 3. Each pulley 312 is movably disposed on the top of the inner side of each base 311. Each guide wheel 313 is movably disposed on the bottom of the inner side of each base 311. Each pulley 312 abuts against the top of each shaft 22. Each guide wheel 313 abuts against the bottom of each shaft 22, so that each pulley 312 and each guide wheel 313 correspond to and clamp each shaft 22.
[0023] Based on the above embodiments, when each of the movable placement rack modules 3 moves, in addition to using the casters 32 at the bottom of each movable placement rack module 3 to move on the ground, each of the pulleys 312 and each of the guide wheels 313 can clamp each of the shafts 22 at the top and bottom positions to move them, so that the guide wheels 313 of each movable limiting unit 31 form a limiting guide at the bottom of each shaft 22, and the pulleys 312 of each movable limiting unit 31 and the top of each shaft 22 act as... The sliding motion during movement, combined with the cooperation of the movable limit unit 31 and the shaft 22, guides and corrects the movement of each movable shelf module 3, thereby achieving stable movement and preventing tipping. This allows appropriate space to be created between each movable shelf module 3 (or between each fixed shelf module 1 and each movable shelf module 3), so that personnel can enter and exit to place or retrieve relevant items.
[0024] In addition to the above embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the difference from the above embodiments is that each of the base bodies 311 is provided with an elongated hole 3111 and a fixing hole 3112 on both sides. Each elongated hole 3111 is correspondingly provided near the top of each base body 311, and each fixing hole 3112 is correspondingly provided near the bottom of each base body 311. The two ends of each pulley 312 are respectively movably provided in each elongated hole 3111, and the two ends of each guide wheel 313 are respectively provided in each fixing hole 3111. 12, wherein each pulley 312 is provided with a rolling element 3121, two shafts 3122 and an elastic element 3123. The shafts 3122 are respectively provided at both ends of each rolling element 3121, and each elastic element 3123 is provided inside each rolling element 3121. The two ends of each elastic element 3123 abut against each shaft 3122. Each pulley 312 is movably disposed in each elongated hole portion 3111 via each shaft 3122, so that each rolling element 3121 abuts against the top of each shaft 22.
[0025] Based on the above embodiments, when each pulley 312 is installed, the shaft 3122 on one side first enters the elongated hole 3111 on one side of each seat 311, and then the shaft 3122 on the other side is compressed in conjunction with each elastic member 3123 and enters the elongated hole 3111 on the other side of each seat 311, thereby achieving the effect of easy assembly.
[0026] When each movable placement rack module 3 moves, in addition to moving on the ground using the casters 32 at the bottom of each movable placement rack module 3, the pulleys 312 and guide wheels 313 can clamp the shafts 22 at the top and bottom positions to move them. This allows the guide wheels 313 of each movable limiting unit 31 to form limiting guides at the bottom of each shaft 22, and allows the rolling elements 3121 of each pulley 312 to slide against the top of each shaft 22 during movement. Since each pulley 312 is movably mounted on each elongated hole 3111 via each shaft 3122, even if each movable placement rack module 3 is not in a horizontal state during movement, it can still be moved by the guide wheels 3121. The guide wheel 313 and the cooperation between the shaft 3122 and the elongated hole 3111 of each pulley 312 correct the stroke during movement, so as to provide smooth rotation during movement. When each movable shelf module 3 moves with each caster 32, the cooperation between each movable limit unit 31 and each shaft 22 guides and corrects the stroke of each movable shelf module 3, thereby achieving stable movement and preventing tipping. This allows appropriate space to be moved between each movable shelf module 3 (or between each fixed shelf module 1 and each movable shelf module 3) for personnel to enter and exit to place or retrieve related items.
[0027] In addition to the above embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the difference from the above embodiments is that each guide wheel 313 is provided with a limiting wheel body 3131, two bearings 3132 and a pivot 3133. The bearings 3132 are respectively disposed at both ends of each limiting wheel body 3131, and each pivot 3133 passes through each limiting wheel body 3131 and each bearing 3132, so that each limiting wheel body 3131 is movably disposed on each pivot 3133. Each pivot 3133 has its two ends fixedly disposed in each fixing hole 3112, and each limiting wheel 3131 abuts against the bottom of each shaft 22; wherein each limiting wheel 3131 has a concave arc portion 3134 and two abutting portions 3135, the abutting portions 3135 are respectively disposed on both sides of each concave arc portion 3134, each shaft 22 spans across each concave arc portion 3134, and each abutting portion 3135 abuts against both sides of each shaft 22.
[0028] Based on the above embodiments, when setting each guide wheel 313, each limiting wheel body 3131 can be connected to each shaft 22, each shaft 22 can be straddled on each concave arc portion 3134, and each stop portion 3135 can be abutted against both sides of each shaft 22. Then, each pivot 3133 can be passed through each limiting wheel body 3131 and each bearing 3132 through each fixing hole 3112, and both ends of each pivot 3133 can be fixed in each fixing hole 3112, thereby completing the setting of each guide wheel 313 and achieving the effect of easy assembly.
[0029] When each movable placement rack module 3 moves, in addition to moving on the ground using the casters 32 at the bottom of each movable placement rack module 3, the pulleys 312 and guide wheels 313 can clamp the shafts 22 at the top and bottom positions to move them. This allows the concave arc portion 3134 and the stop portion 3135 of each guide wheel 313 to form a movable limiting guide at the bottom of each shaft 22, and allows the rolling elements 3121 of each pulley 312 to slide against the top of each shaft 22 during movement. Since each pulley 312 is movably mounted on the elongated hole portion 3111 via the shaft 3122, and each guide wheel 313 forms a movable limiting with the shaft 22 using the concave arc portion 3134 and the stop portion 3135, even when the movable rack module 3 is in motion... Even when the storage rack module 3 is not in a horizontal position during movement, it can still be guided by the guide wheels 313 and the cooperation of the shafts 3122 and the elongated holes 3111 of the pulleys 312 to correct the stroke during movement, thus providing smooth rotation during movement. When the movable storage rack module 3 moves with the casters 32, the movement stroke of the movable storage rack module 3 is guided and corrected by the cooperation of the movable limit units 31 and the shafts 22, thereby achieving stable movement and preventing tipping. This allows appropriate space to be created between the movable storage rack modules 3 (or between the fixed storage rack module 1 and the movable storage rack module 3) for personnel to enter and exit to place or retrieve related items.
[0030] In addition to the above embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the difference from the above embodiments is that each of the pivots 3133 has a bushing 3136 at both ends, and each bushing 3136 abuts against the interior of both sides of each seat 311. In this way, by setting each bushing 3136, the limiting wheel body 3131 of each guide wheel 313 can be located at the center of the inner side of each seat 311, so as to prevent the guide wheel 313 from shifting during rotation, and allow each guide wheel 313 to form a movable limit with each shaft 22 by each concave arc portion 3134 and each stop portion 3135, so as to make the concave arc portion 3134 and the stop portion 3135 of each guide wheel 313 stably form a movable limiting guide at the bottom of each shaft 22.
[0031] The present invention has been disclosed above with reference to preferred embodiments. However, those skilled in the art should understand that these embodiments are merely illustrative of the invention and should not be construed as limiting its scope. It should be noted that all variations and substitutions equivalent to these embodiments should be considered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention shall be determined by the claims.
