Claims

1. A stylus for performing the following operations: the stylus acquires a mode code stored in a switcher; the stylus switches from a first mode to a second mode based on the mode code, wherein the mode code corresponds to the second mode; and the stylus transmits a switching instruction to a touch device to instruct the touch device to set a touch input of the stylus to the second mode.

2. The stylus as described in claim 1 further includes: a first communication interface for communicating with the touch device via a first communication protocol, wherein the first communication protocol supports at least one supported function.

3. The stylus as described in claim 2 is further configured to perform the following operations: the stylus determines whether one of the at least one function of the second mode corresponds to the at least one supported function; and in response to the at least one function of the second mode corresponding to the at least one supported function, the stylus transmits a first switching command to the touch device via the first communication interface and the first communication protocol, wherein the first switching command corresponds to the at least one supported function.

4. The stylus as described in claim 3 further includes a second communication interface for communicating with the touch device via a second communication protocol. In response to one of the at least one functions of the second mode failing to correspond to the at least one supported function, the stylus transmits a second switching command to the touch device via the second communication interface and the second communication protocol, wherein the second switching command corresponds to a non-supported function that fails to correspond to the at least one supported function.

5. The stylus as described in claim 1 further includes an output element, which the stylus sets to an output mode corresponding to the second mode based on the mode encoding.

6. The stylus as described in claim 1, wherein the stylus is further configured to store a lookup table, and the operation of the stylus switching from the first mode to the second mode further comprises: the stylus comparing the lookup table based on the mode code to confirm an operating mode corresponding to the mode code; and in response to the operating mode corresponding to the mode code being the second mode, the stylus switching from the first mode to the second mode.

7. The stylus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the touch device further includes a touch panel, the stylus performing a touch input on the touch panel of the touch device, wherein the touch input is used to cause the touch device to generate a display output based on the touch input and a custom mode.

8. The stylus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stylus further includes an operating interface, at least one of the functions of the second mode corresponds to the operating interface, and the switching instruction is further used to instruct the touch device to set an operating input of the operating interface to the second mode.

9. A stylus mode switching system, comprising: a stylus such as any one of claims 1 to 8, communicatively connected to the touch device; and a switcher for storing the mode code, wherein the stylus obtains the mode code from the switcher.

10. The stylus mode switching system as described in claim 9, wherein the switcher further includes an input interface through which the switcher receives an input mode; and the switcher transmits a mode code corresponding to the input mode to the stylus based on the input mode.

11. A stylus mode switching method, applicable to a stylus mode switching system, the stylus mode switching system comprising a switcher and a stylus, the stylus being communicatively connected to a touch device, the stylus mode switching method comprising: the stylus obtaining a mode code stored in the switcher from the switcher; the stylus switching from a first mode to a second mode based on the mode code, wherein the mode code corresponds to the second mode; and the stylus transmitting a switching command to the touch device to instruct the touch device to set a touch input of the stylus to the second mode.

12. The stylus mode switching method as described in claim 11, wherein the stylus further includes: a first communication interface for communicating with the touch device via a first communication protocol, wherein the first communication protocol supports at least one supported function.

13. The stylus mode switching method as described in claim 12 further comprises: the stylus determining whether one of the at least one function of the second mode corresponds to the at least one supported function; and in response to the at least one function of the second mode corresponding to the at least one supported function, the stylus transmitting a first switching command to the touch device via the first communication interface and the first communication protocol, wherein the first switching command corresponds to the at least one supported function.

14. The stylus mode switching method as described in claim 13, wherein the stylus further includes a second communication interface for communicating with the touch device via a second communication protocol, and in response to one of the at least one functions of the second mode not corresponding to the at least one supported function, the stylus transmits a second switching command to the touch device via the second communication interface and the second communication protocol, wherein the second switching command corresponds to a non-supported function that does not correspond to the at least one supported function.

15. The stylus mode switching method as described in claim 11, wherein the stylus further includes an output element, and the stylus sets the output element to an output mode corresponding to the second mode based on the mode encoding.

The stylus mode switching method as described in claim 11, wherein the stylus is further configured to store a lookup table, and the operation of switching from the first mode to the second mode further comprises: the stylus comparing the lookup table based on the mode code to confirm an operating mode corresponding to the mode code; and in response to the operating mode corresponding to the mode code being the second mode, the stylus switching from the first mode to the second mode.

17. The stylus mode switching method as described in claim 11, wherein the switcher further includes an input interface through which the switcher receives an input mode; and the switcher transmits a mode code corresponding to the input mode to the stylus based on the input mode.

The stylus mode switching method as described in claim 11, wherein the touch device further includes a touch panel, the stylus performs a touch input on the touch panel of the touch device, wherein the touch input is used to cause the touch device to generate a display output based on the touch input and a custom mode.

The stylus mode switching method as described in claim 11, wherein the stylus further includes an operation interface, at least one of the functions of the second mode corresponds to the operation interface, and the switching instruction is further used to instruct the touch device to set an operation input of the operation interface to the second mode.
