Abstract
Claims
1. A connection structure for an energy storage connector, comprising: A combination of a male end module (10) and a female end module (20); The male end module (10) is provided with a handle (11), a base area (19) connecting the handle (11) and a head (12) connecting the base area (19); The head (12) has an outer wall (15), an inner wall (16) and a plug-in cavity (17) defined by the inner wall (16). The head (12) is provided with a plug-in tube (14). At least three limiting parts (10a) are provided on the inner wall (16). The limiting parts (10a) are in at least one of the equally spaced and unequally spaced configurations. The female end module (20) is provided with a secondary plug-in tube (24). The secondary plug-in tube (24) has a secondary plug-in cavity (27) defined by a circular secondary outer wall (25), a secondary inner wall (26) and a secondary inner wall (26). When the plug-in tube (14) is inserted into the secondary plug-in tube (24), the secondary outer wall (25) of the female end module (20) is tangent to the limiting part (10a), thus forming at least three tangent points.

The connection structure of the energy storage connector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plug tube (14) is provided with a conductive part (30) and the plug tube (14) is provided with either a conductive part (30) or an insulating post (13), and the plug tube (14) protrudes out of the plug cavity (17); the handle (11) and the head (12) are located on the same axis and the handle (11) and the head (12) are located on mutually perpendicular axes; the female end module (20) is provided with a secondary conductive part (40), one end of which extends into the secondary plug tube (24), and one end of the secondary conductive part (40) is combined with an insulating sleeve (23); the secondary inner wall (26) of the female end module (20) has a circular outline structure.

The connection structure of the energy storage connector as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the limiting part (10a) is a flange structure and has an arc-shaped line (10b) protruding inward toward the head (12), such that the arc-shaped line (10b) of the limiting part (10a) is tangent to the secondary outer wall (25) of the female end module (20).

The connection structure of the energy storage connector as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the inner wall (16) forms one of three to twelve equally spaced restriction portions (10a), and forms one of three to twelve tangent points with the secondary outer wall (25); at least one of the outer wall (15) and the base area (19) of the male terminal module (10) forms one of a circular outline or a polygonal outline structure.

The connection structure of the energy storage connector as claimed in claim 3, wherein the inner wall (16) forms one of three to twelve equally spaced restriction portions (10a), and forms one of three to twelve tangent points with the secondary outer wall (25); at least one of the outer wall (15) and the base area (19) of the male terminal module (10) forms one of a circular outline or a polygonal outline structure.

The connection structure of the energy storage connector as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the inner wall (16) forms four equally spaced limiting parts (10a) and forms four tangent points with the secondary outer wall (25); the four limiting parts (10a) are respectively located at the four corners of the insertion cavity (17), and the inner wall (16) between the limiting parts (10a) is in a straight line form; at least one of the outer wall (15) and the base area (19) of the male terminal module (10) forms one of a circular outline or a polygonal outline structure corresponding to the structure of the inner wall (16) and the limiting parts (10a).

The connection structure of the energy storage connector as claimed in claim 3, wherein the inner wall (16) forms four equally spaced limiting parts (10a) and forms four tangent points with the secondary outer wall (25); the four limiting parts (10a) are respectively located at the four corners of the insertion cavity (17), and the inner wall (16) between the limiting parts (10a) is in a straight line form; at least one of the outer wall (15) and the base area (19) of the male terminal module (10) forms one of a circular outline or a polygonal outline structure corresponding to the structure of the inner wall (16) and the limiting parts (10a).

The connection structure of the energy storage connector as claimed in claim 6, wherein at least one of the outer wall (15) and the base region (19) is formed with at least one of the concave arc segment (15a) and the concave arc region (19a) at least at a partial corner position; wherein at least one of the concave arc segment (15a) and the concave arc region (19a) is in the same direction as the protrusion of the limiting part (10a).

The connection structure of the energy storage connector as claimed in claim 7, wherein at least one of the outer wall (15) and the base region (19) is formed with at least one of the concave arc segment (15a) and the concave arc region (19a) at least at a partial corner position; wherein at least one of the concave arc segment (15a) and the concave arc region (19a) is in the same direction as the protrusion of the limiting part (10a).

The connection structure of the energy storage connector as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the inner wall (16) is a structure forming a regular quadrilateral outline, the inner wall (16) is provided with four equally spaced limiting parts (10a), and forms a type with four tangent points with the sub-outer wall (25); at least one of the outer wall (15) and the base area (19) of the male terminal module (10) forms a type of one of a circular outline or a polygonal outline structure.

The connection structure of the energy storage connector as claimed in claim 3, wherein the inner wall (16) is a structure forming a regular quadrilateral outline, the inner wall (16) is provided with four equally spaced limiting parts (10a), and forms a type with four tangent points with the sub-outer wall (25); at least one of the outer wall (15) of the male terminal module (10) and the base area (19) forms a type of one of a circular outline or a polygonal outline structure.
12. The connection structure of the energy storage connector as claimed in claim 10, wherein at least one of the outer wall (15) and the base area (19) forms a quadrilateral profile structure, such that the long side is connected to the long side to form a profile shape with an arc segment (18).
13. The connection structure of the energy storage connector as claimed in claim 11, wherein at least one of the outer wall (15) and the base area (19) forms a quadrilateral profile structure, such that the long side is connected to the long side to form a profile shape with an arc segment (18).
