Abstract

A filter device includes a frame, a filter unit, and at least one intermediate component. The frame has two opposing support frames. The filter unit includes a frame and a filter material, with the frame positioned between the two support frames and the filter material disposed within the frame. The at least one intermediate component is disposed between one of the support frames and the frame, wherein the at least one intermediate component is bonded to one of the support frames using a thermoplastic material, and the at least one intermediate component is bonded to the frame using an adhesive material. When it is necessary to separate the filter unit from the support frame, the thermoplastic material is heated to create a sliding contact between the frame and the support frame, allowing the at least one intermediate component to be extracted and the filter unit to be easily separated from the frame, thereby enabling the disassembly or recycling of the filter unit.

Claims

1. A filter device, comprising: a frame having two opposing support frames; a filter unit including a frame and a filter material, the frame being mounted between the two support frames, the filter material being disposed in the frame; and at least one intermediate material disposed between one of the support frames and the frame, wherein the at least one intermediate material is bonded to one of the support frames by a thermoplastic material, and the at least one intermediate material is bonded to the frame by an adhesive material; wherein the melting point of the adhesive material is higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic material, and the melting point of the thermoplastic material is lower than the melting point of the at least one intermediate material.

2. The filter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gel-like material is a thermosetting material.

3. The filter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one intermediate material is made of a metallic material.

4. The filter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one intermediate comprises an adhesive.

5. The filter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two support frames have a plurality of oppositely arranged slots, and any two adjacent slots are arranged on each of the support frames in opposite inclination directions.
